Read/watch to fix your floppy phone
Overall a good product. Many features are packed into this tripod. However after just a few uses the tripod would not hold the phone upright/level anymore. After debating whether or not to return, and even asking Rufus for help, I decided to inspect the design as I know most stands are tensioned with some kind of screw. I overall really liked the design and didn’t want to return it, but found no helpful troubleshooting online. I finally figured out where to make the adjustment and I made a video to help others get their stands working again. I hope this helps frustrated users.

Perfect selfie stand
I like this selfie stick. I appreciate that I can remotely snap the picture with the remote control. It raises to a nice height as well and photos can be taken vertically or horizontally. It’s not huge but not bulky either. Good product for the money.

Phone Holder
I am giving the item a 4 stars because the part that holds the phone for flimsy. Its hard to hold the phone straight up it til to the side a bit so I was annoyed about that.
