*3/18/25 edit*: I was finally contacted by Bmax and their excellent customer service. They sent me a replacement CPU fan and recorded videos on how to replace the fan. Moved up to 4 stars and changed the title of the review.This unit started to fail within 6 months of purchase. Bmax is not responding to my emails regarding the warranty. Customer Service and Warranty claims are not a top priority for them!! Be careful who you do business with.

Defective Rubbish Apparatus!
The product has been working ok since it was delivered on 7/9. Today, 16 days later, it has been idling ever since and is not going thru. This is a malfunction from the Chinese rubbish manufacturer. I do better go to a brick and mortar store and get a known brand! What a waste of time and money. The most precious commodity in life is TIME, and I don’t have it in great quantities dealing with defective items. You get what you pay! Dammit! BTW, I want my 100% refund not 15% penalization. It’s not my fault to buy your faulty and defective Chinese products!

Makes a good Linux computer
I bought two of these and installed Ubuntu on them. They’ve lasted about a year so far with no issues. The B6 Pro has an issue with the grub boot options that causes your monitors to go blank when booting. These don’t have that issue. I can’t speak to the Windows OS that comes installed.

BMAX is a great PC for a FANTASTIC value!
My son and I have restored and reimagined an old Mac Classic from 1991 using a BMAX PC and an LED screen. We considered several options including just using an actual PC motherboard, a Linux single board (Pi), or even an older Mac Mini—but BMAX won the race for a multitude of reasons and we have not been disappointed! The size is perfect. The interfaces are all great. The speed is superb. The price is EXCELLENT! And the fact it came preloaded with Win11 Pro and was ready to go out of the box makes it all so great! I HIGHLY recommend the BMAX for anything from a small or extra PC to projects, and much more!

Great for basic daily use, I recommend the warranty
For the money, this was a decent little PC. I bought it for my husband 13 months ago. About 4-6 weeks ago, the HDMI ports started to fail. It has 3. At first, moving the cord from one to another helped. A few days ago, when the monitor signal blinked out, no amount of fiddling would restore it. We tried a new cord, and the monitor is less than a month old.In the end, I ended up claiming the warranty that I purchased with the PC. We’re getting back the full purchase price as an Amazon credit (be sure to read the fine print when getting a warranty!)As it is, I feel we did get our money’s worth. At a hundred and a half, the price at the time, a year is a decent run for a computer that’s used daily and is literally always on. My husband used it to play Minecraft, watch television and people streaming on Twitch, and video call as well as surfing the web. It has plenty of USB ports, was super simple to set up and get running, and runs well for basic daily use.I don’t think it’d run a heavier-graphics game or other software, but for basic, everyday use it was a great little computer.
