The car phone mount I purchased from an offline store stopped working after less than 6 months of use. I often use my phone to take important calls while driving and I had to look for an upgraded car phone holder. After comparing several brands on Amazon, I finally bought this VANMASS car phone holder. Not only does it greatly enhance my driving safety, but it increases my car match as well.I love the swivel design of this suction cup. Very modern, and unlike any suction cup. It’s amazing. All you have to do is place the suction cup on a flat mounting surface. Then, rotate the suction cup to the LOCK logo in one second and the suction cup is firmly fixed to my windshield. Stylish design and simple installation!However, it is worth noting that the seller does not recommend using it on the windshield during the summer months, as they reminded me in the after-sales email: In extreme summer heat: Please install this suction cup away from direct sunlight, such as the dashboard or air vents.Perhaps it is this unique design that causes this suction cup to be so strong. It is firmly attached to my car’s windshield without shaking or slipping. As well as my daily commute, I took my phone on long trips where it remained firmly in place despite bumpy roads. Unlike other mounts, I’ve used in the past, whenever there is a bumpy road my phone will shake.Another incredibly helpful feature of this mount is the adjustable drop-down bottom and clip arm width, which allows me to use it with different phone sizes. My wife has a small phone, and the holder adjusts easily to fit her device.It also allows me to easily switch between landscape and portrait modes, depending on the app I’m using. It’s also very easy to insert and remove my phone from the holder with just one hand, which is a big plus when driving.Overall, I’m pleased with the car phone holder. It’s a high-quality product that does exactly what it’s supposed to do, and I feel confident that my phone is safe and secure while driving. If you’re looking for a reliable phone holder for your car, I would definitely recommend trying this one.

At first, I had the standard clip that comes included in the purchase. The holder would fall off every time I hit a bump or pothole or even had to avoid another vehicle.Customer support, Apricot, reached out to me and went above and beyond in solving this issue. She sent me their “military” clip which is metal and has a hook on the end, and can be adjusted in length, that will fit any size vent. Such a brilliant solution! It worked perfectly in my 2015 Chevy Cruze but because it is adjustable and you tighten on to your vent, it does not move or fall off. Not once.The customer support team at Vanmass is incredibly responsive and truly want you to be satisfied with your purchase. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a STURDY, ADJUSTABLE, even BEAUTIFUL solution for holding your cell phone!

When I first got this, it worked great. Suction was almost too good, as it was extremely difficult to remove from the dash. I didn’t even get 2 weeks use out of this and it no longer sticks. It might stick for a few hours, then fall off, or it might fall off right away. Contacted the seller to tell them the problem, they insisted it was my dashboard’s fault. The same dashboard I had trouble removing it from! So, instead of sending me replacement parts, they sent me a useless plastic disc to “fix the problem” even after I told them the suction cup no longer suctions and the sticky bottom is no longer sticky.Funny thing is, a colleague of mine has one too, and uses hers on the exact type of dash I do and hers has lasted at least 3 months so far. Mine, not so much.Highly disappointed as the price is expensive for a product that doesn’t work consistently

As professional driver I need a holder that is top quality. The Vanmass Pro (red) is sturdy and does the job. The suction cup is excellent. A quick clean surface, place firmly and turn the knob to engage to the windscreen. Also easy to remove when I am swapping vehicles. I have yet to test it in the winter, when Alberta, Calgary can get down to -40C. So far it does the job well and fits the Samsung S20 FE and Samsung S23 Ultra in their mobile phone cases.
