I have been running this in my house for 9 months now and it has been working flawlesslyIt replaced a bunch of smaller switches I had “Christmas Tree’d” into my basement overt the yearsIt has been feeding my whole house from my Gigabit fiber connection perfectly

Works great after finding the switch to throw – poor documentation.
The unit seems to be working very well . . . after a couple of wasted hours . . . The “manual” is a tiny multi-language general purpose flyer, nor covering this product. The website was no more help. All my home computers could get internet, but they could not see each other. A few chatGPT questions let me to the simple solution. There is a tiny VLAN on/off switch on the front panel that was in the VLAN position. A great security feature if you need it, but without documentation I wasted my time. Great product, crappy documentation.

Good for Unfi Ubiquiti 6
After a bit of back and forth with dip switches, I was able to get this to work and power three Ubiquiti 6 Pro access points so far. No idea how long it will last but it’s good for the price.

Arrived with defective ports
I had a different POE switch that had died after 3 years. So I ordered this one. Only 5 out of 8 POE ports are working. It is not the cables, I switched them around and the issue stays with the 3 bad ports. The switch has also issues with reconnecting on working ports, another indication the internal board for the switch has issues. I run Wireless AP with a power budget of 7 Watt each. 5 of those amount to 45 Watts. The switch is advertised with 120 Watts at Amazon and on the attached manual they say 95 Watts. So, beware the product is misrepresented on Amazon. 95 Watts are still plenty for my application. It just seems to be a bad item or bad quality control.

Received the network Virmin Switch the box was damaged and there was no wall bracket nor power cord inside. Wrote the Virmin customer Service and no response

I’m not a tech guy, so can’t compare this to other products, but it was very easy to set up and get working.I haven’t had it long and purchased it to replace a better known brand that had stopped working. So far so good.

A similar product from other brands would cost 2-3X the price. So I didn’t expect much when I ordered this one. But have been pleasantly surprised. The case materials are good, the network speed is fast and consistant, the PoE works well. I have all 10 ports filed and everything has been working well. I’ve had it running for a couple weeks now. Hoping it continues to work well for a while. But over all I’m happy with it and will probably order it again for other projects in the future.

J’ai pris ce switch car j’ai migré mes caméra de surveillance en POE. J’ai pris le moins cher.L’installation s’est faite immédiatement pas de soucis, les diodes indique si le POE est utilisée ou non.Par contre il y a un halo vert autour du switch, qui sort des interstices de ventilation passives, c’est bon a savoir si vous l’installer dans la maison.Au niveau de la fixation au mur, j’ai dû refaire un trou car il n’est pas aux normes des écartements de fixation des switch que j’ai.Je suis très satisfait, visuellement on sais si cela fonctionne et comment, et c’est fonctionnel de suite (plug and play)
