Feature-packed watch with endless customization
This smartwatch has been a great surprise with how many features it packs in for the price. I really enjoy being able to swap through all the different faces—there are tons to choose from, so it’s easy to switch the look depending on the day. The menus are smooth, the display is bright, and it has way more amenities than I expected, including fitness tracking, alerts, and long battery life. Everything has worked reliably so far, and it’s comfortable to wear all day. A solid option if you want customization and function without spending a ton.

Good customer service, product not so much
Watch came as described and worked very well. About a year or so in it did develop issues with the blood pressure monitor (actually works well and is within 5% or so of my arm monitor), BPM, sleep tracking. Contacted customer service not really expecting much but they replied in a day. They asked for a few pictures and then sent me a new watch, no charge and was told to keep the old one. Will buy from again.Update 10-23-2025. Replacement is exactly the same. Will not track anything. App keeps no logs. Blood, heart rate monitors only work occasionally. Fitness counters do not work. While I do appreciate their customer service this particular watch seems like a waste, atleast from a fitness tracking perspective. Maybe the newer models are better.

Does not operate properly for lap swimming. Good for other cardio exercise.
This is a very good looking watch, and it seems very sturdy. However, it did not meet the expectations I had to track lap swimming. I bought the watch specifically to track and log lap swimming, which I do twice a week. However, when I launched the app and started swimming, the app would start counting, then pause. I found myself frequently having to restart the app in the middle of my lap swimming which threw off my timing and rhythm during the swim. After awhile I just stopped restarting the app. I had to return the watch because it did not operate properly for lap swimming. In all the reviews I’ve read, I am the only one I’ve seen who bought the watch for this purpose. UPDATE: Jay at customer service offered an upgraded replacement at no extra cost. However, I was not able to take advantage because the upgraded watch does not come in titanium. Additional note, the watch I returned did work excellent for step counting and elliptical training.

Good quality and bright display
I already had a more expensive watch from this brand that I lost at the gym, so I decided to buy a cheaper version and I have to say that in very happy with the purchase. The watch works exactly as the more expensive version, it fits well on my wrist, and all functionalities work as expected. This is also of a lighter weigh compared to the rugged more expensive one, which to me is a bonus. The app works very well and keep tracks of my activities, blood pressure, sleeping pattern, etc. The display is bright and with good definition. I would only recommend to disable the option to wake the display when moving the wrist, otherwise it will turn on too often (but this happens with any smart watch). Overall I’m very impressed.

Functions, quality and solid build!
I know I’m getting ahead of the cart early in the ride, but this watch so far is incredible. In the past year I’ve tried 4 other watches of this type, each at different levels of useful function. They even have similar software.But this watch is different in every way compared to the others. Every function so far is as accurate as they can be for what they are. The UI is much more smooth and accessible. Very colorful and detailed. The quality is above the others. Setup and syncing is spot on. The battery so far is great. 7 hours since full charge and it’s at 96%, that’s running functions 24/7. Sleep tracking is mainly for night time, during the day it tracks naps. There are not many that track sleep during the day, I work nights and it’s a drag that they don’t consider us night walkers. It looks great and has a good weight to it. Any who! It’s too early to know if this is so for real. I’ll update later.

So close to being the best.
This is a really nice watch! It’s got a lot of nice features. It fits well and is comfortable on my wrist. I didn’t use the band that came with at all and switched immediately to a flexible bungee band. So I can’t speak for the band comfort at all. It’s got lots of different Fitness and sport trackers as well as movement recognition. It’s got lots of different watch faces as well as allowing you to use your own images as a watch face. It plays music and can make and receive calls. It charges as quick and lasts as long as I need it to.Overall it’s a really nice watch… And it’s so close to being the best.The main issues I have I feel are relatively minor.First there seems to be quite a bit of redundancy. In other words I can access the same feature three or four different ways. I’m the kind of person that likes to have everything in one place and that’s it.There isn’t a lot of customization that you can do to move around feature icons.I do receive notifications… My issue with this is there is not a lot of distinction between different types of notifications. Messenger and SMS text have their own icons. But as for email, gmail, teams, and every other form of social media notification… They all look the same.Lastly, I can only receive SMS texts. But on my Android phone I use Google RCS chats. Which is a higher quality form of texting with added encryption security bonuses. This wash is not support that form of messaging. So I don’t receive those notifications at all. And a smartwatch that doesn’t does not distinguish or recognize smart notifications… Doesn’t really feel like a smartwatch.I think with a couple more software updates and tweaks this can go from a really good smartwatch to the best smartwatch!When it does I will come back and give it a five-star review!
