Great For Anyone Looking to Upgrade
Absolutely love this phone. Bought it to replace my old iPhone 12. Immediately you can tell that the operating system is much snappier and more responsive. The camera quality is a massive improvement over the old phone as well. This is an unbeatable choice if you want to upgrade your iPhone several generations. However beware that this is in fact a refurbished phone which means it is not factory new. My phone came with 93% maximum battery and VERY minor marks on the screen, which is more than fair for the heavily discounted price. Overall, a fantastic choice.

Poor customer service
I bought this phone for my dad, and it clearly says that it can be returned up to 90 days after the purchase. I requested a refund within those 90 days. The phone had a glass piece on the camera that caused it to malfunction—the camera wouldn’t focus and the phone vibrated. Aside from that glass piece, the phone looked to be in good condition. I asked to return it, and they said no, claiming that returns must be done right after buying it. They have very poor customer service. Thank God I purchased the protection plan, and they will refund my money, but I don’t think it’s fair that I had to pay for the warranty when the issue was the seller’s fault.I will not buy from this store again!Inside the red circle you can si something bright it is the glass inside.

Excellent phone not so excellent
This produce was marked as excellent and well it’s not. The speaker sounds like it was blown and there are imperfections in the screen. I don’t have time to send it back and wait on another. If you are going to mark something as excellent then it should be! Would be leery of ordering something that says it’s excellent.

Bad conditions
I purchased an iPhone listed as “excellent condition,” but it is not as described. The screen freezes and shows a warning that it was replaced with a non-original part. The battery shows 91% health but fluctuates abnormally in a single day, suggesting it was replaced or is defective. This device is not in excellent condition as promised.

Viper cute and works well, but I’ve sound a small issue, the new screen installed completely rejects screen protectors. Nothing would stick to it so matter how hard I try.

The phone came in a perfect condition, 100% battery but the screen had a little scratch that it’s visible when you use the phone, the worse part to have it, I wouldn’t returned if the scratch were somewhere else but this is not the case.

The phone was in great shape, it all works perfectly, and was a better price then we could find anywhere else. The only thing I will say, which I knew before purchasing is that it has to use an eSim. Our cell carrier didn’t support it, so we had to get a new provider. But it was something we knew prior to ordering.

Phone works fine so far, but having to sit on hold with the carrier for over an hour waiting to setup esim is not exactly what I wanted then I was expecting a dual sim phone. The dual-sim feature is meaningless on the shopping cart it seems.It is hard at first but holy moly this thing was scratched all over. It looked like someone carved circles on it. Sad to get so far in my setup to have to return it.
