The final 1/3rd to a great day!
Whoever designed this keyboard deserves my standing ovation because I finally found a keyboard that I can grind on at work for hours on end and caters to my ADHD.Here’s what really hit the checkboxes for me.This keyboard feels like it came from the 1980’s. I say this with respect. So many keyboards I’ve owned felt flimsy and cheap. I don’t get that with this keyboard. It’s heavy, built like a tank and the keys feel so satisfying when I type on them. The sound it makes when I type, the way it feels when I type and even just looking at it I get this vibe like it doesn’t just aim to turn my typing into digital letters but like it also aims to tickle my senses too!I love that it covers all of the types of equipment I use. I can use it at work which doesn’t allow wireless keyboards, I can use it on my computer using Bluetooth and even on my nvr which doesn’t even have a real operating system using the included dongle and it doesn’t need drivers. The backlight RGB is another added feature as if the tactile and audio sensory wasn’t enough. While I’m not an avid gamer, I think I’ll have it disabled most of the time but this thing does light up beautifully that’s your thing.Overall, to me it’s the auditory and touch feedback that I am grateful for and I can easily say that this keyboard makes my days of grinding away at work writing code so much more pleasant. My dad told me if you have a great bed and a great pair of shoes, you’ve got 2/3rds of your day covered. This keyboard covers the final 1/3rd!

Substantial AND versatile
Let me start by saying I’m not one of those “keyboard nuts” who drive up the price of good keyboards for the rest of us. But I do have some things I like/want in my keyboard. I’m a software developer. The first thing that surprised my about this keyboard was its weight in the box. That’s a good clue about how solid it is. Besides the weight, the packaging and documentation were really well-done. It includes a card with most of the special features outlined on it (in English and Chinese); you can easily slip this under the keyboard for later reference. The package even includes a loose-fitting plastic cover the the keyboard, if you are obsessive about keeping the cracker crumbs out. :-)This is a ten-keyless (TKL) layout, and the key spacing is the same as other TKL and full size keyboards. It’s significantly quieter than other mechanical keyboards I’ve used over the years (which should be a relief to other people in my house). The pressing of keys feels great to my fingers. The style and color scheme of the keycaps is attractive.I like that this keyboard has 3 connection modes. I normally use it connected by a USB cable (included), but it can also connect via Blueooth or an included 2.4ghz USB dongle. That means that it’s trouble-free for me to quickly switch to using this keyboard with another device (for example, for the rare times when I prefer to enter text in my TV streaming box). It also has software switching of behavior between Windows, Android, Mac, and iOS environments. There is one thing that is a big disappointment for me. The included keycaps are completely opaque. The backlighting on the keyboard shines around but not through them. I typically work in a somewhat darkened room, so I need that through-the-keys illumination. I swapped in a key from another keyboard, and the light came though as expected, so I guess I could remedy this by swapping out all of the keys, which seems like a shame. The included function keys also do not include the standard multimedia markings; for that is only a small loss since I seldom use them that way.

Impressive Old School Feel with Modern Features
I bought the Aula F87 Pro Wireless Mechanical Keyboard for my son, who is currently in a gamer phase, and I am honestly a little jealous. As soon as I opened the box I could feel the quality. The keyboard is heavy, well made, and looks beautiful. It reminds me of the older keyboards from the early days of Windows. Every key has a crisp, clicky feel and the tactile feedback is excellent.I would not use this keyboard in an office setting because it is loud, especially compared to the quiet keyboards most of us use today. This is a real old school mechanical keyboard. The RGB lighting underneath the keys is also impressive. The pictures on Amazon do not show how good it really looks, so I uploaded a video to help others see it better. The lighting is for looks only since the keys themselves do not illuminate, but the effect is still very cool. The keyboard works with a 2.4 gigahertz wireless dongle stored at the top, or you can switch it to Bluetooth with a simple selector switch. It charges through USB C. I did not test the battery life long enough to know how long it lasts, but since it is rechargeable I do not see that as a problem. The price is a little high, but the build quality makes it feel worth it.Overall, this is a great keyboard. If the company ever releases a version with a full number pad, I might buy one for myself.

A Smooth and Snappy Keyboard
I have really been enjoying this Aula F87 Pro because it brings back the feel I missed from learning on a manual typewriter. The mechanical switches give me that clean, precise response that a membrane keyboard just cannot match. I can switch between devices with Bluetooth, 2.4G, or USB C, and it all feels easy and reliable. The keyboard is solid, comfortable, and has that soft thocky sound thanks to the gasket mount. It suits both work and play, and I like knowing I can swap out switches later if I want a different feel. The layout is compact without feeling cramped, and the keys register quickly, which makes a big difference for someone who types over seventy words a minute. Gamers and fast typists will appreciate the low input lag and quick response. The battery lasts a long time, the RGB adds a bit of fun, and the whole board feels like it was built with care. It is well made, dependable, and makes typing feel smooth and satisfying again.
