Yes, it does. The headset has a mute button on the side so it is easily accessible. If you paired the headset with your computer via the USB dongle, the mute button would work on your computer as well.
How do I turn on the headset?
Simply toggle the ON/OFF switch on the headset to the ON/OFF position, and you can turn on/off it. No need to press and hold a button and wait or guess the status of the headset from now on!
What if the connection with my computer is unstable and drops frequently?
Please try to update the Bluetooth driver of your computer or check if there is any interference signal around the computer (you can try to test it in another room) if the connection is unstable and you frequently drop it.
Can I answer incoming calls from computer and my desk phone (VOIP) using the headset?
If you use the headset with cell phones, you can click the MFB button to answer/end calls (mobile phone calls only). If you use the headset with computers/desk phones, please answer/end calls manually on the computer interface or via the desk phone.

Comfy, affordable, but lacking in some areas. I appreciate the dongle and easy connection. Sound quality is good for both input and output. Docking station is simple and compact and headset connects well. The three things that would improve the headset: 1. The telescoping headband needs to go smaller. I sometimes like to prop it back off my ear, but this band is too big for that for my smaller size head. 2. The side of the band that does not have the ear piece (the side that just rests against the head) needs to have some sort of knob or protrusion to grab it off the head easier. It’s flat, so I often pull at my hair when I’m trying to adjust it or remove it and it’s so annoying. 3. (This is me being picky) I wish the buttons on the earpiece (volume, MFB) were more pronounced- like most of us, I imagine, I’m multi-tasking with multiple monitors, keyboards, mouse, windows and tabs open, etc. always moving my hands. I feel like I’m fumbling with the headset buttons because I’m feeling around for them, instead of them being obvious to the touch. I’ve had headsets in the past that ticked all these boxes, but I got it many years ago can’t find it today. This one will suffice for now just fine, but I’ll still be on the lookout for the perfect one.

I’ve been using this headset for some time now, and its lightweight design makes it perfect for long hours of wear. I use it for work and the weight is so nicely and evenly spread over my head that it is easy to forget at times. I like that it can be worn on either ear, depending on what feels more comfortable. The charging dock is nicely designed and easy to use. The dongle connects very easily so you won’t have to worry about your Bluetooth connection. After trying several other brands, this one clearly stands out as the best. The sound quality is excellent. Not even in one case anybody had a single trouble with hearing me since I started using it. The model spreads the weight of the headset across the head so your ears don’t get hurt after several hours of use making it super suitable for working. The adjustable headband adds extra comfort.Oh, and the mute button, it is absolutely functional and practical. Unlike other models that locate it on difficult to reach places, this model has the mute button on a very straight forward part and it can quickly and easily be used during a conversation. I have been able to do the cooking and work at the same time at home without having the other party even noticing what I was doing thanks to this mute button.

Headset is incredibly comfortable and easy to use. The biggest issue is the noise cancelation, or lack thereof. It picks up every sound in my house, even rooms away. I was hoping to use this in my office job but it is picking up everything! I have tried troubleshooting, adjusting volume, adjusting mic sensitivity on my pc, but nothing works. Unfortunately, I am returning this.
