Item is ok, seller is great
I use headsets for 8 hours a day 3x a week. The ear pads were a bit uncomfortable on this one but after a week I got used to it and it now feels ok. I loved how fast and easy it connected to my PC Bluetooth and Apple products. The sound and mic very actually very good. After a year of no problems I proclaimed to my wife that I had finally found an affordable headset that worked well…then it broke. The multi function button (which turns it on and off) stopped working. None of the online solutions worked to fix it. I was pleasantly surprised however with the seller! I contacted them, Caymuller-US, and they replied super quick and admitted that it probably wouldn’t work and offered to send me a free replacement headset which they did within a few days! I’m rating this a 5, not because of the product, but because of the great customer service I got. They were fantastic.

Works exactly as described.
I bought this because I work from home on the phone all day. The product is exactly as in the description. Very easy to set up. The base not only charges but also keeps the unit secure when not in use. I use this about 12 hours a day with no issues of the battery dying. I am able to walk all through my 1400 sf home without having to carry my phone with good reception. It is comfortable to wear, and being able to answer and hang up from the headset is great. For the price this is an excellent purchase for personal and especially business use. Oh, you can also plug the headset directly to a charger in your car if need which is a bonus but ai have blue tooth in my car.

First I’d like to say? For the price these are worth it and they do work. I use them as a Bluetooth option for taking calls at work and wear them 8 hours a day, I never have issues hearing any of my clients and the charge lasts a long time!! The reason I docked a star is the mute does not work (glad I tested this before trusting it) but with the work I do, mute is important so that was disappointing, I also don’t find them the most comfortable. Again I wear them 8 hours, and my ear does feel sore after that i hour shift. Like a bra or socks, you live with it but you’re HAPPY to take it off at the end of a day and rub your sore bits haha. All and all these are worth it for the quality, but if you’re going to use them for long hours, I’d look for something a bit better quality if you can

18 months and still working fine, great value
I bought these for call center work in october of 22, expecting I’d get a couple months out of them and then upgrade to a better pair when they inevitably broke, as you’d expect at this price point, and they are still working and just now beginning to have some very minor issues charging in spring of 24. The sound quality is more than sufficient for calls, they’re pretty comfortable for a relatively cheap set, and I’m probably going to order a backup pair for when these eventually wear out.

Noise cancellation is terrible
My husband bought these for my long-haul driving and hotel stays. At first I liked them and they seemed to do okay but after a few weeks of use I have to say I’m disappointed with the overall quality. The description says they are noise cancelling. I have to say that they are not. Actually they amplify EVERY NOISE to the point that my husband thinks that I’m banging on something when I’m just opening a small plastic wrapper on food or other similar items. I literally can’t make any background noise at all while using this headset because he complains that his ears hurt and it sounds to him like I’m banging on things. Also when I’m driving the bus (at night when it’s dead-quiet), my friends say that my voice sounds scratchy. Looks like our 8-year-old will be using these with his I-pad instead of me using it for calls. The sound quality on my end is passable. It’s difficult to turn the volume up without touching the phone, which defeats the purpose of hands-free. Part of the problem is that the buttons are much too small. I frequently find that my call volume or GPS is so quiet that I can’t hear anything at all even though I didn’t turn it down. This is happening because the size of the buttons (very tiny) makes them very difficult to locate, so it’s easy to push the wrong button and not be able to find the right one. Overall, I think this headset deserves 2.5 stars.

Loved the headset but after two years of use the battery only keeps a charge for about one hour which is no good for long meetings.Have to throw it away because I can’t find a replacement battery.
