Good Doorbell Camera for the Price
I have been using this doorbell camera for a little while now, and I’m happy with how it’s working. The installation was simple for me, and everything connected quickly. I like that I can check who is at the door even when I’m not home. It makes me feel more secure, especially when packages get delivered.The alerts come on time and the video looks good whenever I open the app. Sometimes the app takes a second or two to load the live view, but nothing too annoying. The battery seems fine for now — I’ll see how it holds up over time.Overall, it’s doing exactly what I expected and it gives me peace of mind. A good purchase for me, and I would recommend it to others who want something reliable and easy to use.

amazing display, wide angle
The field of view on this doorbell is truly unmatched—it has an incredibly wide angle! Even when the delivery person is right at the door, the camera still gets them clearly from head to toe. It can make out every detail of the package they leave on the ground. The best part has to be the AI notifications—they’re super smart and actually tell me exactly what’s happening at the door, so I never miss anything important. The whole experience is smooth and reliable. Definitely recommend!

Terrible Charge Life – less than 24h
The picture was good. Not too much lag. I liked the app too. Very user friendly. What I did not like was how quickly the charge drained. I even set it to the lowest possible perimeter (so, not even getting most of my yard or my vehicles) and I had to charge it daily. Literally would charge it to 100%, put it back up in the evening, and I would have a “device at 20%” text by 9am. Previous doorbell camera would hold a charge for about 30 days for a comparison. Not worth it to me. I ended up returning it.

Die Kopf-bis-Fuß-Ansicht liefert ein vollständiges Bild, was mir ein zusätzliches Gefühl von Sicherheit gibt. Auch kleinere Details sind klar zu erkennen, was die Kamera im Alltag sehr zuverlässig macht.Die Gegensprechfunktion funktioniert gut, wenn auch gelegentlich mit einer leichten Verzögerung. Die Tonqualität ist sowohl beim Sprechen als auch beim Hören klar und deutlich. Auch die Möglichkeit, zwischen SD-Kartenspeicherung und Cloud zu wählen, finde ich sehr praktisch – ich habe mich für die lokale Speicherung entschieden, da ich unabhängig von Cloud-Diensten bleiben möchte.Die Türklingel kann wahlweise geklebt oder verschraubt werden – ideal für Mietwohnungen. Das Gehäuse wirkt hochwertig verarbeitet, kein billiges Plastik, und die Wetterfestigkeit macht einen soliden Eindruck für den Einsatz im Außenbereich. Overall, it is a pretty nice and versatile doorbell kit, but the event detections can use a bit of improvement.What I like:* The doorbell can be mains powered – this is the ideal way to use it, not only because it saves me the hassle to bring it in to charge it, but also makes the doorbell more responsive and its detections more reliable.* Software – it is pretty packed with features, it even uses “AI” to give a more detailed description in the notifications. For example, when I was testing it, I got a notification like “A man in a black T-Shirt holding a phone” as opposed to a generic “person detected”.* The local storage is on the chime, not on the doorbell. Most smart doorbell kits I’ve seen have the built-in storage and MicroSD card on the doorbell itself, which means someone can rip out the doorbell and I’d be left with no footage.* The kit includes a straight and angled bracket.* The camera has 180 degrees vertical FoV / the feed is in portrait orientation, which makes a lot more sense when viewing the camera from a smartphone.What can be improved:* It has decent battery capacity, but at least in my case, the advertised “up to 150 days of power with typical use” is unrealistic. That being said, your mileage may vary as battery life depends mostly on how often the doorbell “wakes up” to record an event and for how long it records after that – both of these factors depend on how you configure it.* The doorbell is not very responsive and reliable when running on battery power. To be fair, that is pretty common for battery-powered smart cameras. They go into “deep sleep” and are very frugal with the checks for any events in order to conserve battery, and when they do detect an event, or the user initiates a stream, the wake up process takes at least a few seconds.* The detection sensitivity is a bit inconsistent. Sometimes it detects a car passing down the street, but not a person going right past my door. Might have something to do with sun glare / shadows, I suspect this can be resolved with software.

Schon beim Auspacken merkt man: Das Teil ist gut verarbeitet, kein Billig-Plastik.Die Einrichtung war überraschend einfach: App laden, WLAN verbinden, fertig. Das Bild ist wirklich klar, auch abends. Die Kopf-bis-Fuß-Ansicht ist genial – man sieht, ob jemand ein Paket ablegt oder nur klingelt und wegrennt. Der Akku hält ordentlich, und das Beste: keine Monatsgebühr! Alles läuft direkt über die App, inklusive Gegensprechfunktion.Ich nutze sie jetzt seit ein paar Wochen, und jedes Mal, wenn’s klingelt, fühl ich mich ein bisschen wie in einem Agentenfilm – Kamera an, Stimme raus, Kontrolle behalten.
