What should I do if I don’t know if my WiFi is 5G or 2.4G?
The camera only works with 2.4Ghz WiFi Frequency, different from 5G LTE network. Please check in router settings. Setup: 1)Press the POW button for 10S; 2) Press the Reset button for 10s to enter setup mode; 3) Follow app instructions and connect.
Do you have to subscribe to the cloud to use the app and wireless camera?
No, cloud storage is an optional feature for those who prefer it. If you don’t want to pay extra, we recommend using an SD card for longer recording times. The cameras for home security supports up to a 128GB micro SD card.
What should I notice during connecting?
1. 2.4GHz WiFi only; 5GHz is not supported.
2. Put the camera in an area with a strong WiFi signal.
3. Ensure the light flashes red and blue before scanning the code.
4. Check that the password is correct and contains no spaces.
Why does my camera’s light not turn on when it detects motion?
Intelligent Light: Default mode-switches to color when motion is detected at night (if battery>20%).
All Off Mode-Recommended for well-lit areas where night vision is not needed.
What can I do if my camera won’t hold a charge or the battery drains quickly?
To improve battery life, adjust the sensitivity to reduce false alarms and enable power-saving mode. Place the camera in ample sunlight and keep the solar panel clean and unobstructed for consistent charging.

Great quality & price
The Cinnado outdoor camera has been a great addition to our home security setup! The picture quality is excellent — clear during the day and surprisingly sharp at night. Amazing Product! 10 stars!
After having a few drunk college kids hop my fence the police said in order to press charges you need proof and recommended a camera to capture the act of trespassing. This little camera is incredible especially for the price. The app is free and easy. It notifies me if there is movement in my backyard. You can set it to not alert you for critters just people. The video is so clear. This is the best purchase I have made ever!!! I’ve had it for a week now so can’t speak to the durability but very impressed so far. Set up was simple, took me 30 minutes max to connect to app and mount the camera.

Great Device, installation is a bit difficult
The camera itself works very well, and the solar power part comes in handy, saving the trouble of periodical battery changes. The image quality and sensor sensitivity are also excellent. The only qualm I have is on the installation. while the paper template indicating the nail locations is helpful, I wish the rims were wider as I have a tight space to install and it took me some time to find the perfect location. Otherwise, a great device

Very cool security camera
I have a good variety of camera equipment that I’ve used on my home. This is one of the easiest to put up and use!No power cord to run. Which is great for being able to really put it anywhere. I put mine in my backyard on my house. I did purposely choose a spot that gets good sun, since the solar panel is fixed, you can’t angle it or anything. So that’s maybe a small “con” but the panel is big and absorbs plenty of energy. The camera battery is always seemingly at 100%. So I am not sure if I get THAT good of sun in this spot or the solar panel on this thing is just that good. Either way, it works great.The picture, whether day or night, is great! The picture I posted here doesn’t show anything in my back yard, but on an over cast day, where it’s pretty grim looking out, the clarity and color looked really good.Highly recommend it. You can’t go wrong for the price. You can pop in a card for local storage or you’ve got your cloud of course.You could really even mount this up high like above a garage and it would make a great security cam there too.It’s versatile, relatively cheap, and works great! The app is easy to use too.If you’re on the fence, just go for it!

Solid Value for the Price – Just Be Mindful of Sunlight
This camera has been a solid addition to my home security setup, though it’s not without a few hiccups. The 2K video quality is definitely a step up from the 1080p models I’ve used before—footage is sharp and detailed, both during the day and at night. The built-in light helps a lot after dark, and the two-way audio is handy for talking to visitors.Installation was quick and painless, and I liked that it didn’t require any wiring. The solar charging feature was a big selling point for me, but I’ll admit I may not have mounted it in the ideal spot for sunlight. On cloudy days or after a few overcast ones in a row, the battery tends to drain faster than I’d like. I might need to reposition it to get better light exposure.The siren works well as a deterrent, and the app is pretty intuitive overall. The motion detection and alert on the app is very fast and accurate. I was impressed with it.All in all, it’s a good camera with a lot of features for the price. Just be mindful of where you place it for optimal solar charging. If you go in with realistic expectations, it’s a worthwhile buy.

Updated review after 5 months
I got this camera to put in an area of my home I can’t see from inside the house. It works well and takes pics anytime there is movement there (and sometimes when I’m not sure what triggered it). The image is nice and clear. I chose this because I also wanted additional light in that area. I thought I could set the light to turn on at dusk and off at dawn. Unfortunately, I can not. The light can only be set to turn on when motion is detected and it’s dark out. And it only stays on for one minute.Here’s an update: After 5 months, the device was no longer keeping a full charge. I had to take the camera down and charge it every day or two. After some research, it appears the shifting position of the sun as summer approaches was causing the camera to no longer get enough direct light where it was positioned under the eave of the house. I relocated the camera to where it was getting a full day solar load. A few hours during the day was not enough to keep it fully charged.UPDATE: when customer support read my review, they reached out to me to offer help. Since I wasn’t completely satisfied, they refunded half the purchase price. Great customer service.

Juni bestellt und nutze sie seitdem täglich.Die Installation war unkompliziert und die Verbindung klappte sofort.Besonders gefällt mir, dass die Solarpanels auch bei wechselhaftem Wetter zuverlässig laden – die Akkus waren bisher nie leer.Die Bildqualität ist tagsüber sehr klar, und auch nachts liefert die Kamera gute Aufnahmen. Bewegungserkennung funktioniert zuverlässig und die App ist leicht zu bedienen. Die Verarbeitung macht einen stabilen, hochwertigen Eindruck.Alles in allem ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann die Kameras definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Je cherchais une caméra pour mettre à l’extérieur mais n’ayant pas de prise de courant à proximité, il me fallait une caméra sur batterie. Mieux encore, celle-ci est sur batterie mais possède aussi un panneau solaire qui la rend complètement autonome.Ayant déjà des caméras Cinnado dont je suis très satisfait, je reste sur la même marque comme ça toutes mes caméras sont accessibles depuis la même application.La configuration s’est faite en seulement quelques minutes. L’image est de très bonne qualité, tout comme le son capturé.Pour la nuit, on peut régler sur 2 modes, soit allumer l’éclairage à la détection de mouvement grâce au détecteur de mouvement intégré ou bien le mode infrarouge. Personnellement, j’utilise le mode infrarouge qui fonctionne très bien.L’application Wansview Cloud est très ergonomique : elle est rapide à se lancer, fluide, et bien traduite. La connexion aux flux des caméras est très rapide.Vous pouvez accéder à vos caméras de n’importe où, sans avoir à effectuer de paramétrages compliqués sur votre routeur.Il y a aussi une application Windows (disponible sur le Store), ce qui permet aussi de visualiser ses caméras sur ordinateur.

Je vais renvoyer cette caméra Cinnado surveillance wifi sans fil. Pourquoi ? Par ce qu’ils demandent toutes les données carte de banque y compris les chiffres secret et tout ça pour downloader le programme pour connecter votre GSM. OK pour un achat sécurisé mais pas pour ça. Met alle Chinesen mor ni met den deze !Ils annoncent bien qu’ils ne vont rien retirer mais qu’elle est ma garantie après avoir tout donné ???Je voudrais indiquer aucune étoile mais alors ce message ne passerait pas !!!

I bought this light as a security light and camera to go over my garage door. Set up is really easy with the app – just scan the QR code with the device camera and it’s ready to go really quickly. Installation is easy – four holes and there’s a template that comes in the box if you need it.The motion detection range is impressive – it picks up our car from the end of the drive way when you get back. The light us bright enough to be useful and a bit of a deterrent – it’s not as bright as some, but then it’s a rechargeable device and doesn’t need to be super-bright.Camera quality is excellent and there are plenty of options in the app for controlling detection and alerting. All in all, a good product.
