Great for me but might not be everyone’s cup of tea
I really like this thing. I ordered it because I thought I would use it in my basement with a TV, but I find myself bringing it all over where I might want music. I’ve particularly enjoyed having it in the garage. I connect my phone to it via bluetooth and crank the tunes while I’ve been working on building some shelves. It’s loud enough to get beyond the shop vac and other noises. I love that you can connect it by both bluetooth and wire because that’ll let me eventually plug in a projector that I sometimes use in the yard. It’s bigger than some of the other portable speakers but not as huge as a full-time soundbar that’s meant to be parked permanently under a TV.Pairing was easy and within seconds I was up and running. I have an outlet just about everywhere I would use this speaker but having a rechargeable battery might be nice. Not sure if it’s maybe too big for that to be practical. The lights are neat even though that’s not something that made me order it.It’s been great for my needs but for someone looking for a more portable item, it might be less ideal and perhaps a little pricy. Everything works great on it though.

3 ft power cord and more!
This speaker has too many negative tags to it that make it frustrating to work with.First off, it’s sound and bass quality are all on-par for other speakers in its price range. The problems start with the power cord. It’s a 3-ft AC adapter. Far too short to reach the floor of my desk, so that’s annoying. In order to run the speaker, you need to download a Chinese-based software. And in order to control the speaker you need to be logged into the software. So, if you ever lose internet, you lose control of your speaker’s lights. The default light setting is “pulse according to sound” and is not pleasant. It would be a 4/5 speaker if it wasn’t bogged down with unreliable app software and shipped with a power cord of no-less-than 6 ft.

Compact, decent sound
I have mixed feelings on this one. First I will say it is nice and compact. It will not take a lot of space on a desk. It gets pretty loud. It has pretty decent lows and mids. The low response was actually surprising, more so than I expected from its size. The area where this sound bar starts to lose out is with the higher notes. It feels very flat and doesn’t have nice and crisp, clearly defined highs like I am used to. I only subtracted one star as I am comparing this to a definitive technology incline audio system with subwoofer connected to my computer, so the bar was set very high. For daily use the speaker set would be more than adequate and it will fill a decent size room. I can also see functioning well if you have an underwhelming audio system on your television. Once I move a few things around I will be attaching this to a television in in a bedroom and if my impressions change when used for that type of setting, I will update my review. Overall for the price, it is definitely worthwhile, do not let the four-star rating deter you. It has the nice added bonus in addition to both USB C and 3.5 mm input of using Bluetooth which increases the possible applications and flexibility of use

Super Soundbar
Holy. Sound. Bar. This thing is a dream come true for RGB lovers and anyone who appreciates audio that punches above its price tag. Lights on top and bottom (chef’s kiss), rich full sound that fills a room, and adorable little chimes when you turn it on or off. The top controls are super intuitive and delightfully tactile, no fumbling with weird remotes or mystery buttons. True, it plugs into the wall so you can’t go wireless, but I’d take that trade any day for this level of output. It’s beautiful, it’s loud, and it makes my desk look like a shrine to good music and RGB lighting. 10/10 emotional attachment achieved. You don’t like it? Fight me, I’ll take five. You do not have to use the software in order to control it. In my infinite paranoia, I don’t like having 35 million apps just to adjust some lighting, so I generally don’t download those things. It has several modes you can cycle through on the unit itself and that works delightfully well for me. In comparison to my other soundbar, honestly, the $10 difference (this one is $50 on sale) is totally worth it for the aesthetics alone. The cord(s) are not particularly long, so if you did want to run said cord across the room you’ll have trouble with that. Lucky for me, it isn’t an issue for my setup. I kinda wish I could take it on the go because it’s so pretty and if the price were much higher I’d insist on it. However, if you like things that sound good and look cool, you’ll probably enjoy the heck out of this.

Nice design, good sound, neat lights!
This is a nice little speaker bar, it is a snap to setup, Bluetooth was easy to find and connect to, I had it running music in under 30 seconds from my phone. It’s portable, feels pretty well made and has very nice overall sound quality. I would say it’s relatively close to as described in terms of its stated speaker capability and the volume is quite decent, more than enough for a small to mid sized room. The lights on this are definitely neat and there are a bunch of different options that respond to music and input, which is neat. I like that the speaker shows its volume on the bottom bar when adjusted, that’s quite handy and a good use of the lights. I also like that there is a way to turn the lights completely off, which is a nice option if you don’t want to see them for any reason (watching a movie in a dark room, under your monitor, etc) – the double click on the power button is a little unintuitive and I had to check the manual in order to find it so I could write this review so it’s likely that I’ll forget it when I need it, which would be the only downside to really point out.All that said, this is a very nice, functional and portable speaker bar, but I personally feel it’s a tad overpriced given the fact there is no battery capacity, this would be far more appealing at 50-60% of the price.
