Excellent and Versatile Speakerphone Device
Based on my research and then after testing this device, the eMeet Luna is the best bang for the buck out there on a speakerphone device. I like to use it plugged directly into the USB port on my laptop. No need to worry about the battery running out or wireless signal getting interrupted. But I love that if I want to go on the road, I can pop the USB dongle into the laptop and go wireless in just a few seconds. I also love that I can have this plugged into the USB slot and working with my computer while ALSO being connected to my cell phone via Bluetooth simultaneously! No need to switch. Just stays connected to both! Take a Teams all on my computer? No problem. Cell phone rings? No problem. Back and forth all day with no issues!Sound quality out of the puck speaker is excellent for calls. With the Bluetooth connection to my phone, I even played a few Spotify tunes. It is possible in a pinch, but it won’t win any awards for music fidelity. Better to stick with a speaker made for music. Still, it’s handy if you need it, maybe to play a youtube video or something.I do have Voice AI enabled but after testing with another party on a Teams Call (both of us had the eMeet Luna), neither of us can tell when the feature is enabled/disabled. I have a fan running in the background and regardless of the Voice AI setting, you can’t hear it. The fact is, the noise cancellation seems to be good either way.The buttons on the Luna are very functional and well laid out. I appreciate having the call answer/hang up button. Also the large “mute” button right in the middle with the volume buttons on each side is very handy. The visual indicators for mute and volume level are also well thought out.The best compliment for the microphones (there are 3 arranged in a triangle) is that folks on the other side of any call think I’m talking into a wired headset. When testing with another person who had the Luna over a teams call, we both spoke free and easy in full-duplex (at the same time) and it was as if we were in the same room together. We both sounded great from a microphone pick-up / speaker output standpoint.I review products and write product review articles in my spare time. But I bought this one on my own and I love it! So I thought I would throw this quick and dirty review out there. Hoping it helps someone save some $$$.If anything changes in the long-term, I’ll update the review.

The speaker and microphone work well!
I was very impressed with the speaker and microphone. It was loud enough for everyone to hear with little background noise. Very user friendly to install. I use mine for board meetings. I got them on sale it was a great deal.

Great Value for the Price
I purchased this item specifically because it has a USB plug in option. I’ve tried several different bluetooth solutions but I have too much interference and noise using them. So to be clear this review does not cover the bluetooth connection. As a plugged in USB speaker / mic, it works very well. I’ve been using it for skype calls, zoom & web ex meetings, etc. Works great with all of them. Sound quality is reasonable as well (I wouldn’t use it to play music but it’s perfectly fine for voice). I saw some reviews complaining about it being too loud but I didn’t experience that. I’ve had no trouble adjusting the sound to a comfortable level (using the Windows control does give you finer range of control than the +/- buttons on the speaker itself). The noise cancellation also works well and I’ve had no problems with feedback or echoing at all. The only time the noise cancellation didn’t work was when the speaker was too close to my laptop and the laptop fan kicked on. The device had a hard time filtering out that “white noise” unless the device is as far away as the cord allows.

Great quality product, audio problem solver.
It really works as expected. I used to have another band (Polycom) that I replaced for this product so I can solve the problem of having a virtual meeting with 6 people in a meeting room and two or three connected remotely, and using the laptop microphone and speakers was useless. With this product this problem was completely solved. The meeting went on smoothly, everybody was able to participate and be heard by those attending the meeting, whether in the meeting room or connected remotely. Easy to set up, portable, great sound quality.

Have not extensively used yet, initial usage shows it is a good piece of products as it is advertised.

Everything is good with this product, except MS teams integration. You can’t use the call accept button on the device to accept the call. You need to accept from the app itself.

Positive> great connectivity> portable> voice is clear and people on the other end can her you clearly when you are near> AI noise cancellation is good but not greatNegative>Mute button does not work on team so there is confusion lot of times.> even you are little far(3 feet) others complain that it feels voice is coming from well with echo.>Little costly as cost in US is half the amount I paid
