This fan is really quite powerful and effective, even at only $40. It’s feature-packed, has a remote and the control.panel is also touch sensitive, and it is suprisingly quiet even on max settings. Absolutely recommend this fan, and we plan to get a few more. The fan is VERY easy to operate and puttogether or change heights, and does a startlingly good job of cooling the spaces it is in, even when it’s a large room. I bought this for my son, who is Autistic and requires a weighted blanket to sleep and for sensory issues, so he gets super hot when he is under that blanket, even in winter (we live in the northern midwest- it gets cold here), and he drops it to the shorter height and puts it directly in front of his AC vent, and his room is consistently cooler than the rest of our apartment by at LEAST 10°.Caveat emptor: the photos are VERY poorly representative of the actual fan size and height. Yes, the list the dimension, but a size reference picture would be FAR more useful. At the short height, the fan BARELY reaches my knees- I am a 5’6″ woman. At full height, it doesn’t even reach my hip. That said, the features of the fan- particularly the vertical oscillation ability of the fan head helps significantly to compensate for the size discrepancy. The shorter arrangement is EXCELLENT for use on a surface to help cool rooms like kitchens, where heat can really be an issue, or in a room with high ceilings to circulate warm air down in winter, or placed at a vent with the head angled to amplify A/C in rooms with poor circulation or simply a crappy AC system. We’ve seen a notable drop in our utility bills with only ONE of these running.

I love this fan. It is super quiet. It is adjustable height-wise. Comes with a remote that is great to have but it also has controls on the base unit. It does not take up a lot of space, the head is not as large as traditional stand-base fans, but it still gives off plenty of air. The head is adjustable, or it tilts up and down, and of course it oscillates. It is really light, so it’s easy to move around. Highly recommend.

Wow, this is a great fan
I move to an apartment that did not have a ceiling fan to circulate air and thought this would be a good option. Well, it was a great decision! This fan has performed wonderfully. It is pretty quiet overall, but I don’t really like all the beeping when changing settings or turning on/off. There are so many settings available I actually had to read the manual. The unit can be placed on the ground level or on a dresser/table. The head can swivel left/right and up/down so is circulates the air very efficiently. There is a remote that comes with the fan which is useful if I want to shut it off or on while in bed. There are a lot of buttons through, so you really need to know which button your pressing. It has a nice style to it and will work for most any space. The quality of the materials used seem to be good quality. While the price does seem a little much for a space fan like this, I would say your are getting your money’s worth. With some fans running in the hundreds of dollars, this seems like a bargain. I would recommend this fan to anyone.

Flexible fan, good performance
This fan is very nice. It’s height is adjustable, only use what you need. Want it short? Sure. Taller? Just add the longer rod to screw on. The base of the fan is weighted, quite heavy too! Honestly reminds me of a work out weight! The weight gives me a lot of confidence that the likelihood of this fan tipping is less. It’s even less if you opt to not add the extra pole for more height, which is what I did.The plug to power the fan is not located on the base, but just slightly below the fan itself by the control console. This gives your the flexibility of adding and removing height but without having to worry about how you might manage the cables when adjusting the height.The fan itself blows plenty of air. The fun thing about this fan is that it can also oscillate up and down in addition to the standard left and right. You can turn both on to make the fan oscillate diagonally, which hilariously reminds me of a DVD player’s screen saver. LolOverall, a solid fan with a lot of flexibility for greater convenience to your personal liking. It’s strong and has lots of settings to suit your needs. If I’m being picky, perhaps the plastic rod and frame of the fan can be of higher quality, but I’m not going to be looking at this fan or touching it all the time so as long as it performs well I’m happy, which it seems to be doing a good job so far.
