Worthless
This device is worthless. I was a the doc today and did my VO2Max test. My pulse rate got up to 185. This device show the max for today at 147.For pulse rate, the device seems to be stuck at a small range. My Omrom meter has a different result, as well as my meeting at the doc today. I may return this or just throw it away.

Not accurate at all as far as counting steps
This watch will make it so easy to get my 10,000 steps in a day because it sucks as far as accurately counting the steps. I can take four steps and it’s giving me 23 so I’ll be at 10,000 steps when I probably realistically have only done 6000 so I will probably be returning the watch.
