A good experience
This is my third refurbished phone from Amazon. Like my first 2 phone this was purchased in excellent condition. The phone was unlocked already from Verizon. The back and inside of the phone where spotless. The front panel has a 2.5 inch scratch. The scratch is shallow and covered with a screen protector. The battery is in a good state so far. This is my first vanilla android experience with no bloat. I really like the unfolded passport configuration without having to turn the phone. Price to performance is very good with this phone.

Not unlocked. Could not use with eSIM.
The phone showed up in excellent condition without a scratch or any smudges. However, when I tried to activate the phone with a Verizon eSIM, Verizon said the eSIM IMEI was invalid. In addition, Verizon phones are unlocked after 2 months on their network and yet for a used phone (more than a year old?), this phone was still locked. I sent a message to the number that came with the phone for support. They asked me for my Amazon order number and then went radio silent.If you have to buy a used Pixel fold, avoid the Verizon locked ones here. I sent this back to Amazon because while the device looked to be in excellent shape, it was useless to me from a phone / eSIM perspective. Worked great with WiFi but that wasn’t what I was looking for.

Delivered on time but not as advertised. It says “Verizon” but when checked the eSim’s compatibility with Verizon’s network, it says it is ‘NOT COMPATIBLE’.I’m trying to find out what network it is locked to with their help but they would rather have the item sent back….
