How to set up three modes on Windows Requires No Driver
For Windows:
Type-C connection requires no driver and supports extended display, mirroring, and clone modes.
HDMI connection supports only mirroring/clone mode (extended display not available).
What should l know before buying?

How to connect my device?

I bought a competing industrial/portable dual display from another OEM last month, it was okay – but plagued with sleep mode issues, not supporting MST USB C on my intel chipset – and was only 1080pThis 4K innoview has impressed me within 10 minutes1. Immediately enabled both independent displays with a single USB cable (and of course separate USB power) to my Intel 275HX integrated graphics, streaming 2x 4k signals over one USB C so seamless means the hardware and firmware guys got this right2. Screens are sharp with good color settings out of box3. Built-in menu is solid, gamer crosshairs are cute addition – but this is not a gaming monitor4. These are solid IPS displays, brightness is great even in a well lit room (power meter on my USB power bank says 60W power draw)5. sleep mode and waking works great and OST has a black background for its power notification (competitor had a 10 second full screen blue background sleep mode status, which was jarring)I will update this review when I test more of the features, HDR did not impress me immediately – will likely need to try the other HDR modes, not worried as SDR is brilliant here – and HDR is really for OLEDs or other technologies with better backlight controlOnly negative: Included display cables are short, luckily I have my own – but at this price point, 5-6ft should he standardI also have an innoview 2k 180hz 24in which shares a lot of DNA with this, also very goodSomeday I hope to learn the origin and story about where these displays come from and how brands package them differently, they are very cool – and Innoview has impressed with their implementationsUnrelated feedback: Innoview website needs an update, I know these models change quickly – would be cool to see upcoming model previews, and see more detailed specs

Easy to use, good picture quality at an affordable price point.
Seems to operate great. Fairly lightweight I ended up getting a generic neoprene case for it, and it is working very well. Seems to be at least as good of quality as the brand my office IT department was promoting at about half the cost.

I absolutely love this dual monitor. I bought this to replace a clunky old school dual monitor set-up on an articulating VESA mount with hub. I’m able to get an incredible digital work-area from my 14” laptop and the setup is completely portable. Shifting from extended mode to expanded gives me either three monitors or two, with one of them being gigantic. The jumbo screen is excellent, depending on the situation. I love that. You can also put the entire thing into portrait mode, which has its own uses. Powering up the monitor with the included USB-c cable and brick, it just takes one USB-c cable to run the video and power up my laptop. A web of cables and the old hub have been eliminated. The picture is crystal clear and rivals the the quality of the laptop screen. I couldn’t be happier with this set up.

not the best quality – don’t assume you are getting LG 2k type monitor.
Pretty good monitors, but not the higher-end quality I was expecting. I got 2K, but I couldn’t get these to work well with Macs. They work, and if you tweak them for a few hours, you can get the resolutions not to look weird, but overall, I was expecting a much better product. Hardware wise – it 9 out of 10, its think and light and easy to carry and sturdy. but the software behind it and the quality of the actual screen meh

Not the same panels, it is defective and give me a headache
This is one of the most anticipated purchase I made this year. I travel a lot for work and for school for having extra monitors is a must for me. I have been using separate panels but it’s not the most elegant solution. I got this in the hope that I can use 1 cable running to the monitor and 1 cable running from the monitor to the laptop which it advertises. This works great out of the box when I first started using it but on the second day I plug it in, in the same setup, the screen go on and off as if the computer is picking it up then loosing it then picking it up again, for a good 3 minutes. That is not right but this is not something that happens often so I have no fuss over it. However, I started having a headache when I use the screen for an extended period of time. After using this for a few days, I realized that the top screen has this strange effect where the text fringes, if you are familiar with photography, this is very much color fringing. The bottom screen works fine. I reached out to support and they answered the email but it takes a really long time for them to respond to each message and I had mentioned that I tried troubleshooting every which way but it is not helping and it is the physical issue with the screen. I would be very careful with buying and keeping this. I hope the problem can be resolved soon as I really like it if it works correctly.

Perfect Dual 4K Monitor for Travel and Productivity!
Since starting my business, I work with a lot of spreadsheets, and traveling with only a 14-inch laptop screen was a real struggle. This InnoView 23.8″ Dual Portable 4K Monitor completely changed that. The image quality is crisp, sharp, and bright, making it easy to view multiple spreadsheets side-by-side without eye strain.What I love most is that it’s two monitors in one. I can work on one screen while streaming my Fire TV Stick or another source on the other. For client meetings, I can fold one screen toward me and the other toward the client, and the monitor automatically flips the image so it displays correctly on both sides.The built-in speakers aren’t the best, but they’re good enough for basic use. The adjustable stand makes it comfortable to view at different angles, whether sitting or standing.For travel, I’d recommend checking it in your luggage since it’s fairly large. I use a 24-inch portable monitor sleeve inside my Feilario 24″ aluminum-frame hard shell suitcase, and it fits perfectly between my clothes and shoes. The monitor folds like a clamshell with a sturdy metal exterior, so it feels durable and protected.Overall, this monitor is well-built, professional, and ideal for anyone who travels for business and needs full dual-screen capability in a compact design.

Since the pandemic there has been a major shift of office work to partly working from home. This also meant that sometimes I have to take my work somewhere other than my home office. Having this monitor drastically improved my work efficiency. The monitor is very bright and the resolution is very sharp. As advertised it has the ability to splice the screen if you are a programmer to view long pieces of code.The build quality is really solid where one might have concerns. It has a strong built-in kickstand to prop up both monitors. The hinges are not flimsy at all and there is no wobble for the second monitor on top! Since this is an 18.5” monitor it is actually large enough to practically mount it as part of your desktop suite. As you can see from my pictures that the design has included standard VESA holes that you can make this mountable.Overall a very solid product and would highly recommend

I bought this and after 3 use the hinge stop closing and didn’t function properly I really liked the step I try to contact the support and the number is just has a busy signal no matter when you call and I email them as will and no response what so everI would not recommend buying this as it’s very cheaply made and on top of all that there is no support or customer service to help you
