Amazing monitor!
Wow what a monitor. Really impressed with the build quality, ease of use, and stunning resolution. For a 27 inch monitor it’s light and really thin. The HDR 10 looks incredible with my consoles (Xbox series x and PS5). Worth the price and can easily replace your desktop monitor.

Terrific monitor
Great clarity, super color, simple connection, terrific compatibility with Windows, Mac/Apple devices and even Android based devices that support external monitors. The stand is adjustable for getting the perfect angle for any user. The 4K resolution is native and looks terrific. It is lightweight and easy to transport. We take this with us in our RV, use it for our tablets, and my wife uses it for remote work on her laptop. It is a great monitor that is very versatile and well built. It performs great and it goes with us everywhere. For work, casual use and even entertainment, this is a great monitor and a super value for the price. 5 stars from us.

Perfect Secondary or portable monitor.
I’m really pleased with this InnoView 23.8″ monitor as my secondary work monitor. I edit a lot of video and when I need to read my notes, clients instructions or copy and paste certain things, this monitor works perfectly. The build quality is premium, I have mine on a monitor arm but it comes with a durable kickstand that extends and folds neatly away in the back.

Unreliable connectivity over USB-C, DP & HDMI to laptops
Terrible display. I suspect the review from Jeff (Reviewed in the United States on July 26, 2025) nailed it in that connectivity to PCs – particularly laptops – fails because the time out for negotiating a connection over USB-C or DP is far too low, resulting in never seeing the screen light up with your desktop, then bafflingly going into Power Saving mode.I tried this on 4 different laptops that I own, really wanting to use this unit as a mobile display for trade shows and conferences – and none displayed even via HDMI. They all failed to establish a connection and display a simple desktop image over DP, USB-C or even HDMI after the InnoView splash screen, instead going to Power Savings.I don’t own a desktop PC so I couldn’t try it on something with a different power profile but to fail on 4 different laptop models & brands is pretty damned bad. Perhaps I got a lemon but at $500 and waiting over a week for delivery, you don’t get a second chance with me.

Nice screen, but only picking up HDMI connection
Nice screen, but only picking up HDMI connection. I use the screen to switch back and forth between a Win and Mac PC, but it only picks up the data connection on HDMI, it doesn’t pick up the USB-C data connection on either port (either from Win or Mac). The same cables work for on other monitors, so it’s not a cable issue. I ended up getting a physical HDMI switch to toggle the screens, but it would have been nice if the USB-C data connection worked.

Way better than my first choice
Good build quality. Hinge is a bit tight but shows that it’s stable. Would’ve been better if the ports were on the right side. It does work on a powerbank with a 100w cable and 140w output without a wall charger. Colors are fairly well-represented (can’t test if it really is 100% sRGB), a bit vivid but nothing that can’t be calibrated. It does support 4k 120hz via its included DP cable, and is fairly bright in an office environment. Will test outdoors and see if 500 nits is sufficient enough for working under the sun.I think it fits a normal-sized luggage bag, but do pad it with fabrics, or get one of those 27in monitor bags for extra insurance, or if all else fails, use the original box that it came with (the box has a carrying handle). The monitor is so thin that its own box can serve as a travel bag of sorts if you still haven’t gotten any long-term options yet.No heating issues experienced in the first hour of testing, but ambient temperature here is 23c, so take that into consideration. This monitor also has its own speakers, but with a portable monitor this thin, it’s expected that it’ll not be as good as external options. Audio is fairly decent with basic media consumption, though. The only other design flaw i see aside from the port location is the big chin, but I’m assuming it’s for internal hardware real estate anyway. The only direct competition to this (at least in my research) is Asus’ MB27ACF. Its better in build quality, has more accessories, and arguably more available tech support, but it’s 1440p, 300 nits, and 20% more expensive than this. Innoview is taking a step in the right direction with this model, with all the right boxes checked. 27in monitors usually go for 1440p when it comes to gaming (and a bit lesser power draw), but Innoview still went the 4k route with office work and content creation in mind. It’s a niche size for a portable monitor, but if you value screen size, better brightness, and certain use-case portability, this Innoview 27in 4k monitor works wonders for productivity and some on-the-go gaming purposes, compared to Asus’ 27in option. If you’re listening, Asus, prove me wrong. Send me one and we can compare both monitors side to side!

Great monitor – but it’s the CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Got this monitor for portable use and travel. I need real screen real estate for my programming and work, tiny laptop screen just doesn’t cut it. I love its size, its vivid color and fabulous resolution, portability, and technical flexibility (TWO full-function USB-C ports). Also it’s Great to have a full-size – not mini – HDMI input. However, on my first trip, I damaged the unit in a way that not even the support team could solve. (Be sure to buy a case or cover for it!) BUT these support people just WOULD NOT QUIT until they found a way to help me, with a problem that wasn’t even their fault! In a day when almost everyone else has forgotten, This company understands what CUSTOMER SERVICE means. InnoView just became my go-to solution for anything I need that they sell. Would give 10 stars if I could.

I recently purchased the Innoview Portable Monitor and have been extremely satisfied with both the product and the customer service experience.**Pros of the Portable Monitor:**1. Crisp and vibrant display: The image quality is outstanding, with sharp details and vivid colors.2. Lightweight and slim design: The monitor is incredibly thin and easy to carry. It fits effortlessly in my laptop bag.3. Easy setup: Connecting the monitor to my laptop was a breeze, with plug-and-play functionality and no driver installation required.4. USB-C and HDMI connectivity: The availability of both USB-C and HDMI ports ensures compatibility with a wide variety of devices.5. Built-in speakers: Though not the loudest, the speakers are decent enough for casual use, and it’s a nice feature to have when on the go.**Amazing Customer Service:**I encountered a minor issue with the monitor screen after 6 months of using the product and reached out to their customer service team via email. To my surprise, their response was almost immediate. They were extremely empathetic and offered to send me a replacement.Within two days of submitting my request, I received the replacement moniter, and it is working perfectly. I’ve never experienced such quick and hassle-free service from a company before, and I truly appreciate their promptness and professionalism.Given my experience with the Innoview and their stellar customer service team, I highly recommend this monitor to anyone in need of a portable display solution. The quality, ease of use, and support are truly exceptional.

This screen is a fantastic purchase for an extra portable monitor. It comes with a hard cover to help protect it, instructions are clear, and the unit itself feels quite solid. The included cables seem to be good quality. My only complaint is around the advertising. On the product page it clearly shows the screen being powered by a phone only – one USB-C to USB-C cable from the phone to the screen. When I tried this (with three brand new Android phones, all different models) the screen would turn on, say ‘No Signal’ and turn off. Using the Android settings to try and push an image to the display didn’t work.Looking into it online they have a video posted showing it working, but not showing specifically what device. I grabbed an older Samsung (S20) and plugged it in. Bingo. That worked, since it seems to run off of DeX. This is fine, but it’s not advertised this way. You need a Samsung device capable of powering an external screen – other brands won’t work. Didn’t have an iPhone available to try it out, so not sure about that either.I knocked off a star for the misleading information, but everything else about it is excellent.

EDIT: so I did contact the company for aftercare on my issues, they did say I could send back the monitor for a replacement to them but ultimately I preferred to return and reorder though Amazon for the security of it and WOWThis monitor is COMPLETELY different than the one I got initially..The cover is way more user friendly, it wraps around the entire screen instead of the old one that only wrapped to the front and had no “close” to it so it opened and closed too easily if you were to transport. The monitor stands up fine with minimal cover in front of the monitor while the old one fell over constantly and had a ton of extra cover in front of the monitor. No more flashing the screen quality is better, the cord quality is better (old power cord was usb c to usb then into a power bank new cord is straight power so less problems can be caused, this package included even a microfiber cloth while the other didn’tSo basically, it IS a great monitor.. when you receive the correct (guessing newer) model, so make sure when you receive it you get the best quality one!OLD REVIEW BELOWAdmittedly I didn’t buy this long ago, but here’s my opinion. As a second monitor its great, it’s clear has good volume a good value for the price and I would love it for its versatility and portability! Why I don’t love it? Well the case/stand it comes with just isnt up to par for me, it doesnt feel super quality to the touch. But the big issue is it is hard to stand up properly, I understand how to but when you do it as instructed it leaves a big slice of cover in front of the monitor which can be annoying and takes up space. Bigger problem is the little divit its supposed to rest in is way too soft and it often just slides out of it and falls downEven bigger problem is when I use it it’ll randomly turn off and start blinking and won’t stop until its unplugged and replugged in then it might work for an hour or as little as a minute before it does it again
