    Works great
So far it’s great. I like that you can push the switches like a normal light switch and it’s not flat. I did have some trouble connecting to WiFi but the customer service representative was great and had it fixed in no time.

    So far so good
Working well, but I had to call customer service.Chloe was excellent. She walked me through the steps and it was easy to follow her instructions. To be fair, if the manual set up would have been part of the apps instructions I could have done it myself. Bottom line. It’s working. Thanks.

Smart, Reliable, and Easy to Use
This Kasa 2-Gang Smart Light Switch has been a fantastic upgrade for my home setup—clean, efficient, and full of smart features.🧠 Simple Integration with Alexa & Google HomeIt connects seamlessly with both Alexa and Google Assistant, and doesn’t require a hub (as emphasized in the title and feature list on page 1). I’ve been able to automate lighting across two rooms, and it responds instantly to voice commands or Kasa app controls.🛠️ Quick and Clear InstallationInstallation was painless thanks to the included in-app guide (illustrated clearly on page 3 with wiring diagrams). It does require a neutral wire, but if you have one, the whole process takes under 30 minutes with common tools. The product is UL-certified and built for standard single pole setups.📱 Smart Features that Actually MatterI’ve set up custom lighting schedules, grouped this switch with other Kasa devices, and even used “Away Mode” for added security when I’m not home (shown on pages 2–3). Everything syncs reliably via 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.✅ Pros:Works with Alexa, Google Assistant, SmartThingsNo hub required, UL listedCustom schedules, Away Mode, and grouping supportClean look and durable feelAffordable price for a 2-gang smart solution❌ Cons:Must have a neutral wireNot compatible with 3-way switchesOverall:If you’re looking to control two switches with a single smart unit, the Kasa HS200-2 delivers beautifully. Smart functionality, voice control, easy installation—this checks all the boxes for modern lighting control.

Can be intimidating if there’s a ton of wires in a small junction box on your first experience
Update 04/12/25: I was able to get this figured out; this was user-error (Dunning-Kruger). I shouldn’t have chosen a two-gang junction box with such a huge bundle of wires in it to get my feet wet with trying to wire in smart-switches. I was trying to wire in the black hot wire into the bundle of black hot wires, but this was wrong. The correct configuration was to just wire in the two black wires coming from the smart switches into the existing two hot wires (and one to the existing ground wire, of course), then unscrew the wire nut from the massive existing bundle of neutral (white) wires, then wire the two (white) neutral wires from my two smart switches into that bundle. Viola, everything worked flawlessly, although I had barely enough to room to jam all that into the junction box.OLD: I checked the description of this product carefully since I have experience with successfully wiring two smart thermostats to three separate air conditioners. I also work for a smart / IoT device company (that involves wiring) in a troubleshooting department, so I felt very comfortable taking on this task myself, although I have only done rudimentary 120v projects.I took off the light switch cover and examined the wiring before making my purchase. Mine had one neutral, one black (hot / line), and one ground, plus one huge bundle of 6 – 8 black (hot / line) wires and one huge bundle of 6 – 8 neutral wires. I photographed the existing wiring to make sure I could return to the existing wiring (just in case). I didn’t see anything wrong because the description only mentions requiring a neutral wire, but would later discover it requires two black (hot / line) wires. The existing two switches each had one black, one white, and one neutral connected. They did not have two blacks connected as expected. The wires were connected to a giant mess of wires featuring two huge wire nuts of 6 – 8 white and 6 – 8 black wires each (respectively).First I just attempted to connect the switches as close as possible to the old switches, but this did not work. Flipping the breaker caused the switched outlet connected to a lamp to just flicker and the ceiling fan not to respond. The two smart switches just flashed orange and were unresponsive. Finally, I found the hot wire in the bundle of black wires using a voltage tester, isolated it from the rest, then bundled it into a wire nut with the secondary black wire coming off each switch. Same result.I tried a few more variations, but nothing would work. I’m flying blind on how this junction box / room was wired.I understand the way this junction box was wired is not TPLink’s fault, but what is their fault is installation was billed as “a breeze” and the requirement of the black wires are happily glossed over. I could have saved 6+ hours of troubleshooting if they had put in the real requirements (two hot/line, one neutral). It seems like TPLink is okay with making some customers miserable wasting their time rather than put in the description how difficult it is for many customers (which you can do an internet search on, which you’ll find my issue is not uncommon).

Great economical WiFi controlled switch to replace existing Switchs
We are gradually replacing the light switches in our home to take advantage of automation via Alexa. I have a number of Kasa switches already and then have and continue to work great, but this was my first purchase of Dimmers. These switches are easy to use and very easy to Install, as long as you have a Neutral wire in the Electrical box. The dim the lights just as well and at the same speed as the Non-WIFI switches. They fit perfectly in the existing Double Gang Wall box

    Stable and safe
I have tried multiple smart switches, and consider Kasa to be one of the most reliable smart switches.Quality, safety and stability- the wirings on Kasa devices are quality, thick cables, they don’t easily rip or trip after proper installation. The WiFi connection has always worked and Kasa app is easily integrated with Alexa. The only cons I have with Kasa is the button designs. It’s too old school, would be nice to have touchscreen buttons and sliding buttons that feels modern and fancy.

    An AMAZING Wemo replacement!
Bought several Kasa smart plugs & switches to replace my Wemo products after many years as a Wemo fanboy. OMG I wish I’d done this YEARS ago! The Kasa devices were SO much easier to setup and work SO much more reliably, both via the (excellent) app and Alexa. Now I’m a Kasa fanboy!

Un buen producto y demas, el unico problema es que en la caja dice que el tamaño de la caja es standar, el problema es que nunca mencionan que se necesitan dos cajas contiguas para poderlo instalar, si esperas poder usarlo.
