Foreign Sourced Product
I received the m70q Gen 4 on time. The outside box was broken in transit, but the inside (lenovo) box was intact. I checked the S/N with Lenovo to check the warranty and the possibility to upgrade. At this time I learned that this unit had 8-months left on the warranty and since it was bought in the middle-east (Dubay – I remember) I was forwarded to their Lenovo site. (Although it did not work.) I am sending the unit back b/c it 1.) was not disclosed as a foreign-sourced device and 2.) is not compliant to my purposes.1/14/2025 Update:After encountering the above issues with my purchase, both Amazon (and the seller) agreed to prompt return of the funds. Additionally, they proactively provided additional customer engagement.The computer itself had good features and as such competitively priced. In the future, I would buy another equipment from them again. Especially since they plan to provide better transparency to make a better inform purchase decision. /Thanks!

These are refurbs. Just be aware of that.
Unboxed it and the Wi-Fi antenna would not screw in. It was either the wrong antenna or the threads were stripped. Tech support was no help. But they did tell me that it was still barely under warranty. I thought these were new.

This is a great little business computer for those who just want something that works and doesn’t need to be fussed with. It’s affordable, very compact, very quiet, and it runs dual monitors and a plethora of USB accessories with no muss and no fuss. The only thing I would add to it would be a USB-C port on the back of the chassis in addition to the front port.
