A Mechanical Keyboard That Turns Typing into a Pleasure
When I first held this mechanical keyboard in my hands I knew it was different. So many wireless keyboards I had tried before felt light, cheap, and wobbly under my fingers. This one felt substantial. Right out of the box its weight was the first clue that it was built to stay grounded while typing. It uses a heftier base and even internal weights to keep it from sliding around on the desk. That alone started turning typing sessions from an annoyance into a satisfying ritual.Once I began tapping the keys the difference became more clear. The key switches deliver a precise, responsive feedback with each press. Every keystroke feels clean and sure. There is a satisfying firmness under my fingertips that helps make typing faster and more accurate. Writing long emails, drafting notes, or coding all feel more deliberate, more connected to my thoughts. The mechanical switches bring a tactile clarity that makes the keyboard feel alive rather than passive. This keyboard also offers a wireless experience that genuinely works. The included wireless receiver is cleverly stored under a magnetic cover in a corner of the keyboard. There is even a spring-loaded plate so the receiver lifts up when you remove the cover. Swapping between wireless and wired (via the included USB-C cable) is simple, giving flexibility for travel, remote use, or docking at a desk. The freedom of not being tethered by a cord improves the layout of the workspace. My desk looks cleaner, and I appreciate that versatility especially when shifting between a laptop and desktop configuration.A feature that I find particularly enjoyable is the lighting effects. The backlit keys are not just for looks. They silently convey useful information when changing modes or toggling settings. The glow is subtle yet expressive. It does take some exploration and experimentation to learn all the lighting-linked functions. The instructions are printed small in the manual, but once you understand them you feel like you’ve unlocked additional depth in the keyboard’s design. That bit of hidden complexity only adds to the satisfaction. The keyboard also includes dual height adjustments via fold-out legs at the rear, letting you choose a typing angle that feels most comfortable. That flexibility matters when working for long stretches. Whether typing prose, crunching spreadsheets, or editing code late at night, I find that the angle adjustment helps keep my wrists comfortable and reduces fatigue over time.Battery life deserves mention too. Because of the heavier build and efficient design, the battery lasts a long time between charges—especially if you tone down the lighting effects. That mean fewer interruptions or need to plug in mid-project. The battery combined with the wireless connectivity and solid build makes this keyboard a reliable workhorse.Even though I am no longer its primary user (my wife now uses it daily for Zoom meetings and work calls), every time I borrow it back for writing or editing I am reminded how nice a dedicated mechanical keyboard can be. It transforms typing from a mundane task into something almost cinematic. It feels like a tool crafted for people who spend serious time at the keyboard and value both comfort and quality. In short, this keyboard delivers a premium typing experience. Responsive, stable, flexible and built for extended typing sessions. Five stars.

If I could give this 10 stars, I would!
As someone who doesn’t really care for full sized keyboards, this one has blown me out of the water. To be transparent, Leobog is one of my favorite keyboard manufacturers and I own 9 of them in various form factors (3 Hi8s, 2 wired Hi75s, an Alice a71, and 3 tri-mode Hi75Cs). They simply work straight out of the box without any fancy key presses to switch modes, and don’t cause any issues when using them regularly. This keyboard, although it feels huge for my desk because I’m accustomed to 65% or 75% keyboards, is absolutely gorgeous. The stock keycaps are double-shot PBT, but they don’t sound or feel cheap. The legends are crisp and clear and well-placed, although as is my usual gripe, the font is SO big, and I really dislike the rounded edges of the letters. I’m not sure why keyboard manufacturers can’t seem to come out with stock keycaps that have daintier, cuter, more attractive fonts. The shocker of these keycaps for me is that the double-shot caps actually sound better on this board than dye-sub keycaps because they lend themselves to a much creamier sound profile, whereas when I switched over to dye-sub, it made the sound considerably deeper and more thocky. Not a bad thing, and that’s usually closer to my preferred sound, but there’s something about the crisp creamy sound of this board completely stock that I cannot get enough of. The color scheme of this board is kind of like a lovely matcha latte.Fonts aside, this keyboard looks, sounds, and feels so incredibly smooth and creamy. The switches appear to be Leobog Star Vectors which are pretty hard to find outside of pre-built boards like this one and the Aula F75 Pro. RGB is nice and bright and has a lot of various pre-set modes you can choose from. From a design standpoint, I love that this has a knob that’s hidden off the main part of the board. I’ve suggested manufacturers add a scroll-wheel type knob on the side of their keyboards for a while to help preserve not only the aesthetics but the functionality of the board, and I’m glad to see that someone has actually made this happen (likely not from my input, but who knows). It’s amazing that they also added storage for the dongle, but they could have added either 2 more keys or a fun screen to this board in place of the removable dongle storage badge, which would have made this even nicer. Manufacturers seem to keep trying to add dongle storage to the top of their boards, when there was literally nothing wrong with the placement on the back of the board, along with the mode switch. Nobody could see them. They were well hidden. It was perfect. This is a case of “don’t fix what’s not broken.”Stabilizers on this board are allllmost perfect. The only stabilizer with a tiny bit of ticking is my enter key. It’s possibly fixable with a little lube or by tuning the stabilizer wire, but it doesn’t bother me enough to actually go to the trouble of fixing it.Do I wish this keyboard was full aluminum? Yeah, sort of. But am I hating on it because it’s plastic? Absolutely not. It punches way above its weight class by a long shot, and I can see this one staying on my desk for a while because it’s such an absolute JOY to type on.
