Excellent addition to our 8-seater meeting room
I invested a good amount of time exploring small business solutions to enhance virtual calls in our 8-seater meeting room. Opting for this product was a great decision as it has significantly upgraded our meeting quality, but not without a few issues. It requires some effort to configure correctly, definitely far from plug and play, and it doesn’t pretend to be either. Actually, it’s the sort of system that will be configured as part of a larger company’s set up for multiple meeting rooms with remote management, etc.I also had to purchase a USB-C 3.2 cable capable of handling video to simplify our setup to use a single cable connection for the BYOD option, as the included cable does not support video. There is also no HDMI cable included.Despite these minor challenges, the improvements in our meeting quality have more than compensated for the effort, and the absence of a device cluttering the meeting table is a definite plus. I understand future firmware updates will not only improve function but also introduce additional ones. Undoubtedly, this earns five stars.

The Logitech Meetup2 is a huge flop, do not buy.
As has become a meme at this point for Logitech, another great hardware product made completely unusable by bad software. For starters, I am the owner of a large IT company and we deploy and configure these things all the time, so I know what I’m doing. The camera at first when plugged in seemed to be great quality, that’s when my good experience ended. Once finally getting this thing set up (first you have to download an app on your phone just to complete the initial setup, then you have to access the web gui via your browser for the second step, and then you have to download ANOTHER DIFFERENT app on your computer to finish the setup process. Absolutely ridiculous. Once all that was done, I tried to figure out how to manually set the zoom since it does not include a physical controller, I looked through the interface options and saw it didn’t exist, but a video online showed it did, so I updated the firmware as it was about to force me to do anyway. Once updated, everything got worse. The quality of the picture deteriorated drastically, I’m talking it looks like something taken of the very first flip phone camera. Then, trying to adjust the zoom since the AI auto zooming features are horrible, when you try to move the camera it moves at an absolutely snails pace. To bring the camera to zoom from one side of the room to the other would probably take you about 10 minutes just holding down the key.Honestly, I can’t say I’m surprised. I knew Logitech’s software would let me down as it has done so many times in the past. I’m returning this and buying the Logitech Meetup 1 instead as that comes with a physical remote to zoom with, so I never have to go anywhere near Logitech’s horrible software.

Worse than original
The MeetUp2 is inferior to the original MeetUp. The lack of remote is a big issue. The video quality is worse on the same network. Plus, it is constantly moving out of level when mounted below a monitor using a Logitech vesa mount

Excellent Product – used in a multi-office world wide company
Have had this for 6 months or so and use it multiple times a week for both Teams and Zoom calls. It works great in our 6 seat conference room set up, it tracks well, is excellent at blocking out background noise, is clear and easy to use. We have liked it so much we have purchased it for two of our other offices. Well recommended product.

AWFUL
Bought this for small business use, decided to set it up 20 minutes before a meeting thinking ‘how hard can it be?’ LOL It has been 2 weeks and this thing is still not set up properly. The first issue is accessing the web based admin console, you actually have to force your BYOD past the unsecure website warnings in both Chrome and Safari (which I would be shocked if the average user can accomplish this). Once past this and all firmware updated, there are no actual camera controls. Using this device in a meeting, you can choose either ‘AI features’ that automatically frame the meeting (which do not work, just sat on a call in which the only other person in the room was embarrassingly cut out of the frame, they moved and the camera reframed to cut them out again). In another meeting, the camera zoomed in on one person and would not regard anyone else in the room. Then I went into the settings to shut this feature off….but it retains the last zoom / pan position! So whomever it was last zoomed in on when the feature was disabled – thats the view you get, there are no manual controls. Unless I call everyone into the conference room and stage a group photo for the AI, there is no way to get the camera to just show the whole room! Then try going to their support page and searching ‘MeetUp 2’…their own search doesn’t surface the product! Instead it shows you other products. I called support and they kicked me to a support team that will reach out in 24-48 hours. LOL Logitech is normally plug and play, but the MeetUp 2 is garbage.

Nothing but problems – video is green/purple
We purchased 3 of these and all of them have been problematic. Constantly getting called in by users because the screen is green/purple. They sync doesn’t connect to the cloud, constantly errors. Logitech support is useless.
