How to reset the New Bee M54 bluetooth headset?
In power-on state, press the multifunctional button and volume up button at the same time for 6 seconds. When hearing the voice prompt of “power on, pairing”, the bluetooth headset has been restored to factory settings.

Single-Ear Hands-Free Headset
This hands-free headset turned out to be way better than I expected. It fits perfectly on one ear, and the soft hook wraps around comfortably without hurting after long hours of use. Long battery life, great distance
Well made, nice case, sound is crisp and clear, it has a good distance reception if you walk away from your phone. Excellent noise canceling also. I purchased these for my husband and he agrees even with his difficulty hearing he is able to hear clearly using this earpiece. It is comfortable and can be worn all day everyday. You can pair this easily and it allows you hands free calling and answering.

These headset work very well. Not the best sounding as high-end headphones but good enough at this price point in the budget category. Overall it has a good capability & satisfied with it for the price factor. I would recommend it.My 2 cents below:Pros:- Sound is good & clear enough. Seals the ear well- Comfortable to wear & use these even for long periods of time. Good call quality
I purchased this Bluetooth headset about a month ago for hands-free calling while driving and during work calls. The device arrived in a box with the earpiece, 500mAh charging case, three sizes of ear tips, USB Type-C charging cable, and user manual included. The charging case is compact and portable with an LED display showing the battery percentage which is helpful for monitoring power levels. Initial setup was straightforward – I charged the case fully which took about 90 minutes as advertised, then paired the earpiece with my phone via Bluetooth 5.1. The pairing process was quick and the connection has been stable. The dual device pairing feature works well – I have it connected to both my phone and laptop and can switch between them seamlessly for calls. The call quality is genuinely impressive. The ENC dual-mic noise reduction system does an excellent job filtering out background noise. I’ve taken calls while driving with the windows down and people on the other end said they could hear me clearly without wind noise interference. The extended microphone boom positions close to my mouth which helps with voice pickup. The 15 meter Bluetooth range claim seems accurate – I can walk around my house away from my phone and maintain connection without dropouts. However, the ear hook design is quite stiff and doesn’t flex as much as I’d like. The 180 degree rotation works but requires firm pressure to adjust. After wearing it for extended periods – 2+ hours during long work calls – the ear hook creates some pressure points around my ear that become uncomfortable. The ultra-light 15 gram weight is nice but the rigidity of the hook is an issue. I’ve tried all three ear tip sizes and the medium fits best, staying secure during normal activities. The 270 degree rotating microphone boom does allow for positioning on either left or right ear which is convenient. Battery life on the earpiece itself is decent – I get about 8-10 hours of talk time before needing to return it to the charging case. The case provides multiple recharges and the total 72 hours of use time seems achievable. The LED display on the case clearly shows remaining percentage. After a month of regular use for calls the device is functioning well technically with no connectivity issues. Overall this is a capable Bluetooth headset with excellent call quality and noise reduction. Just be aware the ear hook design may cause discomfort during extended wear.

lousey loose fit but noice cancel works great.
The noise-cancelling works great, but there is NO WAY to keep it tight on or in my ear, so it’s NOT good. MAYBE if the earpiece was a type like the other NEW BEE Bluetooth, then it may fit better. I should wear full head knitted ski mask to keep it in place.

StandBy Zeit und Gesprächszeit sehr gut. Bin Vieltelefonierer (LKW Fahrer) und bin angenehm überrascht. Mit der Ladebox kann ich persönlich nichts anfangen. Lege das Headset da nur über Nacht rein. Genial ist aber, dass es beim rausnehmen sich direkt wieder mit meinem Handy verbindet. Das find ich cool. Ich lade es über den USB C Eingang. Das geht zügig. Hatte mir vorher ein anderes Headset über Amazon bestellt welches sich nur über die Ladebox laden ließ. Es zeigte 100 an war aber nach kurzer Zeit wieder leer. Persönlich empfehle ich die Ladung über den USB C Anschluß. Gesprächsqualität und Rauschunterdrückung sind laut Gesprächsteilnehmer sehr gut. Lautstärke für mich sehr gut einstellbar und lauter als bei meinem Vorgänger. Klare Kaufempfehlung.

Es muy bueno .Funciona perfectamente. Se conecta al portátil y al móvil de forma rápida y sencilla. El sonido y el micrófono son ideales y se ve muy elegante. La qualité sonore est excellente : le son est clair, les bruits extérieurs sont bien filtrés, et mes interlocuteurs m’entendent parfaitement. Le micro est discret et ne gêne pas du tout à l’oreille.Elle est légère, confortable même après 1h30 de visioconférence, et tient bien à l’oreille. La batterie dure très longtemps et le boîtier de recharge est pratique à transporter. Facile à utiliser.
