Amazing smart lock!This has been one of the best decisions I’ve made! This smart lock handle has saved me (and my son) so many times from getting locked out. I highly recommend it! My mom visits often, and she even has her own code. I also love that it tells me exactly who comes in and out of the house. I love the black. Super convenient and reliable!

Worth Every Penny – Great Lock!
Excellent door lock and very easy to install. It only took me 30 minutes to install the lock. Easy to connect to WiFi and the finger prints are easy to set up. It works perfectly!I bought a different brand which was cheaper, but it took me 4 hours to install and didn’t work. I returned it and bought this Philips Smart Lock. Great investment!

Reliable and accurate after 3 months
Works Much better than our old Kwikset. The app is friendlier as you can use code, fingerprint or key and it’s easy to program. It also comes with a WiFi plug to ensure strong WiFi connection. Was very easy to install. Three months and the batteries are still going strong. I also like the voice feature.

Low fingerprint read success
I purchase this set in the hopes of using it as part of Philips ecosystem. However, I came to realize that this seems like a licensed 3rd party product.6 months usage review:- Fingerprint success rate is about 30% for me. I need to move my finger around at least five times for it to read with 30% chance. Often I find myself typing in my pin.- I have installed 2 of these from this set. One of them started to often fail to auto lock recently. I replaced the batteries, still have the same issue. I have to check or manually lock it I lost my trust on it. The other one always autolocks as expected from its settings. I noticed their front plate versions are different but no firmware update is needed. So I don’t know what’s wrong with one of these.- Batteries don’t last as advertised.- The knob included in the set is flimsy. It already started wiggling.Some nitpicks:- The lock indicator could have more contrast. It’s not obvious if the door is locked from inside unless you are a feet away- The touch screen doesn’t work if your hands are wet, coming from rain – you for sure won’t get your fingerprint recognized, you won’t be able to put in a pin. Left with key entry.So I feel pretty sure that I will need to shop again some time in a few months. Removing reinstalling something new is a hassle so I am left with this junk

Great electric door lock with options
Love this new door lock. It speaks and lets you know when door is locked and unlocked. Has finger print detection, digit entry password, auto locks, easy to control on the app. Installation was not extremely heard but we did need to drill different holes than were on our previous door that had an electric lock. So far I really like this lock. Only downside I’ve seen so far is that once it said the door was locked and yes the door was “locked”. But it was not closed all the way. So only the deadbolt was out and it detected it as locked. May be user error or that our door is metal – ( not the frame though) so not 100% why this happened) but so far very happy with this purchase and would recommend.

Works Great for Remote Operation
Loved it until suddenly my account disappeared but it may be my phone and not the lock itself. Need to troubleshoot. I bought so we could let contractors in our house remotely to work on our floors (we had to stay in a hotel for a couple days). You can operate remotely by phone, use a regular key, or a code or finger print. Looks very nice.
