Worked great. For five weeks.
Product underwent a catastrophic failure exactly 36 days after purchasing it, 6 days after the return window closed. It was working one moment and the battery was fully charged, and then *POOF*. Dead. No amount of charging or hard resets could bring it back. Poly’s “support” section is useless and now I am out $60.AND LOOKING AT THE OTHER REVIEWS, THIS SEEMS TO BE A COMMON PROBLEM. MAYBE THIS IS SOMETHING THE POLY PEOPLE MIGHT WANT TO LOOK INTO?Oh! And it didn’t come with a docking station and the new model isn’t compatible with older chargers, so in addition to the money I wasted on this bluetooth, I ALSO wasted an additional $80 on a docking station.

There is no Second… Plantronics or Bust!
Plantronics is the best and there is no 2nd place in my opinion! I started with Plantronics when the FIrst Bluetooth and the First Droid Bionic came out several decades ago… I will never use another brand! Sound is good, easy to bind, and appears to have good overall quality… Well worth the money, but you may pay more, but you will get a LOT BETTER PRODUCT! Functions great, never and issue, and they seem to be heavy duty… I have worn them out… But it takes 2 to 3 years to do it. I would highly recommend these over any brand… Especially if you have a Motorola Phone! (Motorola and Plantronics Teamed up to invent the Bluetooth Technology…

Easy to set up, good audio quality for speaker and mic, earpiece is a bit bigger than I expected
I work in a big financial company and wasn’t sure we’d be able to pair unapproved USB devices, but learned we could. I chose this product as my first attempt at a higher-quality wireless headset, mostly for Teams calls. I received it, charged it, paired it with my laptop, and started using it, in just a little longer than it took to type this sentence. The one thing that takes a star is the over-the-ear piece is kinda big and not terribly ergonomic, especially on days I’m wearing glasses. I guess I’m more accustomed to the fit and feel of a Beats over-the-ear style headset, where the part that goes over the ear is thin and flexible and the circuits and battery are all right over the speaker in the ear canal. So it takes a little getting used to and a week in I still have to fiddle a little to get it oriented and seated comfortably, but it’s so much nicer than the wired headset it replaced. Good value functionally, just a bit of a “break-in” period for fit and use.
