Why doesn’t it work when I connect the monitor with my device by my own USB-C to USB-C cable?
Please confirm the USB-C port on your device supports Thunderbolt 3/4/5 port or DisplayPort Alt Mode.
There are two kinds of USB-C cables, USB-C charging cable and USB-C display cable (our original one). Your own cable may be only a charging cable.
What should I do if my monitor screen keeps flickering?
Please make sure you’re powering the monitor by the original 30W power adapter we provided in the package.
My Android phone has a USB-C port, does this monitor work with my phone/tablet by the original USB-C to USB-C cable?

Is this monitor compatible with Switch/Switch 2?
1. It is compatible with the original Switch.
2. It is NOT compatible with the new Switch 2 via the USB-C cable connection. Please connect the monitor to the HDMI port on the Switch 2’s dock to get the display signal.

Very portable and light – great monitor!
LOVE this portable monitor! Just used it on a work trip this last week and it worked great. Very light, super easy to connect and use – it was a life saver. And I really like the padded sleeve/case that comes with it. I was using a backpack and also carrying a tablet and an iPad so it had the opportunity to get bunged up. It was safe and sound. The images on the monitor were crisp and clean. A definite buy!

Love this travel monitor. It works great! It was packaged nicely and safely. I appreciate the multiple cord options and the soft carrying case that was included. The monitor is thin and light weight and the picture is clear and bright. This compact monitor exceeded my expectations. I wish I had thought to buy these much sooner. If you must work while traveling and like to use multiple monitors, this monitor is a great thing to have.

Great Monitor
I own a variety of monitors, and this is one of the best that I have. It is lightweight and easy to carry with the included carry case, which is a huge bonus that this comes with the package. The monitor is big and makes spreadsheets easy to see. The monitor is so big that it can also be used as a permanent monitor on the desk. Videos are also very clear and the speakers are pretty good. If you plug the USB-C into a thunderbolt port, then the monitor projects and gets it’s power through there. The built in stand is nice and allows flexibility with the viewing angle. Recommend this monitor as it’s a good value for a big and clear screen.

Best Extension Display for MacOS and MacBook Air
I will be blunt. I’ve tried numerous extended displays from various other vendors and non-compared to this unit. The frame construction, quality of controls and ports, resolution, and brightness surpassed all of them. The drivers are industry standard from DisplayLink and not junk from third party sources or bundled packages from unknown / questionable chip makers. With a M3 MacBook Air (and its own power source), a single USB C cable drives both monitors with clarity and acceptable brightness. There are no magnets, clips on the screen, or other funky attributes to connect it to a laptop. The Thickness and Weight are better than others the carrying case makes it easy just to drop in my backpack. 5 stars and a sixth if there was one!

A great monitor for my purposes
I bought this monitor to use with my Mac Mini on my roll top desk. Because of limits imposed by the desk, this was the largest monitor I could buy, so many conventional monitors would not fit. For me, it doesn’t matter. The monitor looks great, both in terms of sitting on my desk, and in terms of the video quality. It came with all the cables I would have needed, but in my case this was a very simple plug and play. It also came with a very nice, padded carrying case. I won’t be using it, but for someone who wants to take advantage of this monitor’s portability, it is a very nice touch. I have no way of knowing how long it is going to last in daily use, but so far I am very pleased. About the only downside is that the built in speakers are not very good. The sound quality is tinny and the volume is weak. My Mac Mini’s internal speakers are better, but I intend to add some external speakers to get even better volume. But the monitor’s speakers are a very minor issue. Overall, this is a good buy, IMHO.

Decent Portable Monitor with a Few Flaws
This portable monitor is a mixed bag. The picture quality is good, and the slim design is perfect for travel. However, it can be frustrating because the connection occasionally drops, forcing me to unplug and replug the cables. The speakers are also weak, and the kickstand feels a bit flimsy. Despite these issues, it gets the job done and is a decent option for a portable monitor.

I needed a 2nd monitor to take on holidays with me that connects to my MacBook pro. I am tired of poor resolution monitors that look pixelated compared to my MacBook screen. The Upperizon is 4k resolution and looks stunning. Very comparable to my mac. The build quality is really good, and the folding case/support stand is very clever and well designed. The weight is very light and easy to pack. And best of all, the instructions said “email us to get a free accessory” and had pictures of options including a folding stand, extra cables, a protective sleeve, and cable connection juntions. I emailed them to ask for the folding stand and in a few hours it was shipped and on its way. Amazing service. Highly recommend.
