A console for true retro fans
It’s a great portable console with a huge selection of games right out of the box. Excellent quality and ease of use. Delivery was fast, packing was solid. It’s a great choice for those who love retro and nostalgia. Very recommend!

A rather expensive “cheap” clone, do not recommend
Unfortunately this is just a “cheap” and rather expensive clone of the R36S handheld that has a dirty version of Linux with a very weak RK3128 chip set and not running the standard arkOS or K36 firmware and rather the inferior EmuELEC firmware as most clones do. Games are buggy, sound is terrible, and 40% of the preinstalled games don’t even work and just crashes. Build quality also feels very cheap overall. Do your research and don’t buy a clone. There are so many out now sadly

Not the best, not the worst
Crisp looking screen, buttons feel cheap, great for Sega and Gameboy games. Once you get into Playstation or Dreamcast, it DOES run the games, but the controller mapping is completely off, rendering some games unplayable.

Cheap build, but great product
I was super skeptic of this thing. I’ll be honest and say that it just looks like a scam. But I really wanted to play pokemon, so for the price I decided I’m not losing much by giving it a shot. Fortunately this things awesome. The build quality is kinda cheap and plasticy, I dropped it the second I took it out of the box and one of the buttons flew off across my floor. But it snapped right back on easily.And despite the cheap feel, it’s actually pretty comfortable to play long term. And the battery life is AMAZING. I played pokemon yellow for like 6 hours straight and there was 17% battery left on this thing.It’s not perfect though. I tried another Pokemon game (I think Emerald?) and it kept freezing on the loading screen, so I haven’t been able to play that one. But so far every other game I’ve tried out seems to load up just fine. And the game selection is amazing. I’m a bit disappointed in the lack of PSP games or newer console games, but I suppose it’s ok since even when I tried Doom 1 on it, it felt awkward in terms of the controls. So I imagine newer games just wont be a good experience to play. So I just focus on older ones like Robocop, Pokemon, Bubble Bobble, etc.Time will tell if the battery will keep holding strong, but so far it’s done a great job.It comes with a super flimsy screen protector that I didn’t use and the screens been fine without it. I’ve carried it in my backpack and in my jacket pocket and so far no scratches.The screen colors are really nice and games look pretty crisp.All in all I’m happy with this thing. I wish they had a flip version.

Good clone consider reflash
All in all. This system is pretty neat. It is definitely a R36s clone though. It comes pre installed with Emuelec. I was able to reflash and put Arkos on this device with no graphical issues but have yet to get the audio working. Tons of games pre installed, many classics and nostalgic staples are found here. One thing about this device. Ds support is a bit hit or miss. Drastic(emulator) is missing some files to play dsi enhanced games and since the systems folders is locked out on the sd card, you cant add them. I have read it can be done be opening in a Linux system but I have not tried as of yet. Good system. A bit on the price heavy side for what it is. But good build quality none the less. PSone titles struggle with the 1g ram installed (another confirmation of a clone) but I’m sure settings can be tweaked to overcome the choppy gameplay
