Remarkable customer service!!
ADDENDUM (9/10/22): After writing the earlier review, I decided to email the company (support@sineaudio.com.cn) and was surprised when they answered my e-mail just a few hours later. I explained my predicament and they suggested they would replace the remote via Amazon. Here it is 4 days later and amazingly, I now have a fully functioning sound bar that is controlled by a working remote! I am indeed happy. As far as the performance of the bar itself, the fidelity is much more than I imagined and volume controls on the remote are quick. Not much more than I could ask for.EARLIER REVIEW (9/6/22): Went through the set-up procedure, and although there are many pages of instructions, set-up is pretty straight forward. NOTE: Remember to disconnect the power when plugging in different audio sources. Seems that changing audio input really doesn’t succeed with power running to the bar.However, the remote control has me perplexed and even infuriated. It just doesn’t work. I’ve tried changing batteries three times (a total of 6 new AAA batteries) but I get no response from the remote. It doesn’t power up/down the sound bar, doesn’t change between different audio sources or increase/decrease the volume. Front panel lights do not blink when remote buttons are pressed so I don’t know if the remote is signalling the bar or not. On the plus side, soundbar has buttons on top to manually make rudimentary changes in input sources and volume. And the power can be turned on/off manually with the bar’s power button. However, none of those operations are available by using the remote. Makes for a lower-than-normal number of stars for the review.

Saiyin 32″ 2.0 sound bar, good buy at price point.
The boxing is pretty standard, the sound bar is plastic wrapped and has nice foam pieces to ensure safe shipping. Most of the included cords and power adapter come in a little box neatly packed nexted to the sound bar inside the basic box. There are multiple connection options; aux, headphone, and optic. I currently have been using the optic. The unit has great sound, especially at the price point. Just on the lowest setting the sound bar is easily 3-4 time superior to the built in speakers of my Toshiba 50″ fire TV. I could run both sets of speakers, but that takes dealing with both remotes and finding balance, I’m too lazy to deal with that all the time. I was positively surprised by the bass quality, while not extreme there is a significant improvement over the stock speakers of my TV. Setup was easy, just follow the instruction booklet and in a few minutes you’re good to go. I have the bar set up sitting below my tv, but I tried it resting on top as well and it worked well. Only reason I moved it was due the the manufacturer warning of over heating. 2 screws and drywall sinks are included and the wall mount process seems simple and quick. Unit is really light weight as well. The remote has preset button for different sound modes as well, the levels seem nice, appropriate, and variant for their intent. You will need 2 AAA for the remote. For 50 bucks I don’t think you’ll find a better unit than this one.

Good system for the price
Good little surround sound for the price . A few downsides though. Has to be turned off separately, sound cuts out for a brief second occasionally with blue tooth and there is a slight delay with blue tooth as well so the sound doesn’t match the lip movement of the person talking. But the sound clarity is great, definitely packs a punch. It’ll rattle the house! Easy to connect as well.

Impressive sound quality improvement
Our older TV can utilize our even older receiver for cable sound, but anything else we use via our Playstation (Netflix, Hulu, DVDs, etc) has to use the television speakers, which mix the music and special effects well, but leave the dialogue almost inaudible. Hulu is the WORST. I spend the entire show/movie with the remote in my hand, and even when I have it turned up all the way, we still have to use subtitles on many shows just to understand what’s being said.This soundbar is an AMAZING difference. I put a movie on Hulu immediately, I love it so much. Because our TV is so old, we have to use wires for everything, so I was really excited to find this model. It wasn’t very difficult to set up, and it’s absolutely changing the way we can enjoy our media.I’ll report back if any of problems others are reporting crop up over time. Right now, 5 stars!Update after a month – still working great, no weird sounds when it’s left on for long periods of time, and no degradation of sound. I still stand by my statement that this soundbar has changed my life.

Great Sound Quality for the Price!
The Saiyin 32” Sound Bar is a fantastic upgrade for my TV. The sound is clear, with good bass and volume, making movies and music much more enjoyable. The Bluetooth 5.0 works seamlessly for wireless streaming, and the wired options are easy to set up. For the price, it’s an excellent value highly recommend!

Disappointed 1 year later
Ordered it on June 1st, 2024, it’s now July 24, 2025 and it just stopped working. It won’t turn on anymore. It was working perfectly fine with no signs that it was going out. The bass was good and it was easy to connect. There’s nothing wrong with the wire. I went to turn it one and it just won’t respond. It’s not the outlet either because I tested it with my phone and my phone was charging just fine in the same outlet. It was selling for $59.99 at time of purchase but I’m glad we didn’t waste that type of money because there was a $10 discount applied, plus I had a $24.15 Amazon gift card, then my partner paid the difference. I wish I would’ve taken the 1 star reviews seriously because it seems like it’s a common issue with this thing not working after 1 year or less. Now it’s in the trash and I’m annoyed because I hate wasting any type of money.

Tiene un sonido my pobre cas igual que el de la TV, la compré por la salida de subwoffer y no envía señal, tuve que regresarla. Pongan un poco mas de dinero para algo de mayor calidad.
