Although this phone took longer to ship than stated when I placed the order, I was delighted when I opened the box and held this stunning-looking phone in my hand. The phone looked new in every aspect, except for a few hardly noticeable scratches around the charging port. The phone was unlocked, allowing me to use the SIM cards I own. The charger provided is not a genuine Samsung charger, but it looks good in quality and does the job. This phone’s camera and screen display are dazing, as they say. The only downside of this phone, a well-known and well-documented fact with all Galaxy S22 phones, is that it tends to overheat when using applications like the camera for extended periods. This phone’s battery is only 3700mAh, and when compounded with heating and extended use, it can quickly drain the battery. However, I already researched and knew this issue before buying this phone, and this fact doesn’t bother me very much. As my first Amazon Renewed purchase, I am glad my experience was superb. I hope this phone doesn’t disappoint down the road.

Junk and seller can’t find order number to help
Would give zero stars. Contacted seller and they claimed couldn’t find my order id the phone drops calls and dont receive texts most times. I trouble shooted it and did everything to try to fix issue and couldn’t. Don’t buy from them!! They will claim ur order dont exist. Then you are screwed out of money with a phone that is pretty much useless unless on wifi

The phone is great but the charger they sent isn’t fast charging as they stated. It charges slowly in every device I use it in. Thank God I had a wireless charging station.

Good seller vs bad seller
Bought my phone from the seller Flip Cells and phone came exactly as described. Excellent condition, charged great and had no problems putting in my Verizon SD card and getting it loaded up. Definitely recommend this seller.However, do not buy from Chubbiestech. When I plugged charger into their phone, a symbol came up indicating the phone had moisture in it and wouldn’t turn on. And phone was not in excellent condition, had sticky residue on the camera that would NOT come off and had small black spots on the back of the phone that would not wipe off. Do not recommend this seller at all and when I left feedback for them they tried to blame Amazon which is not how it works.So in the end be careful what seller you buy from and always buy from the ones with free returns in case you get a bad quality phone.

I’m really enjoying this phone so far. It is very fast and charges quickly. The pictures are great. I’m still struggling with the talk to text a bit, but it is getting better. I got the gold pink version and i’m very excited about that because i’ve wanted a pink phone for a long time. I even got a clear case to make sure I can see the pink. It’s a very nice phone, and i’m very pleased with my purchase. Thank you so much!!

1st “unlocked” phone wasn’t actually unlocked
The second phone I ordered works great! Looks new and was unlocked. Unfortunately the 1st office i ordered for my daughters birthday wouldn’t connect to our network with existing Sim card. Come to find out the 1st phone wasn’t fully unlocked. I had to return it and order a 2nd one which did connect correctly. I suspected it wasn’t fully unlocked after reading a review like this.

El equipo no esta liberado de compañia telefonica. Ademas, al hacer la devolucion el vendedor recibio el paquete y tardo 4 dias en autentificarme que habia recibido el paquete cuando en la guia DHL ya aparecia como recibido. Despues, me mando mensaje que mi devolucion no era procedente porque el equipo estaba bloqueado. Es ilogico pedir devolución y que de mi parte el equipo vaya bloqueado.
