Great Monitor
Excellent monitor. Use it for work, graphic design and writing. This monitor has outstanding resolution, easy to set up, works great as external to MacBook Pro. The one downfall is the bright blue or red power light on the back. It’s distracting and annoying as hell. Have a small piece of electrical tape over the light portion around the switch. Covers it up well.

This is an awesome monitor! Great graphics, easy set up, came well packed. The only reason I give it a 4 star rating is the SOUND! It’s soooo bad. Sounds like it’s coming from a tin can. Luckily I don’t use sound on my computer very often and am about to shop for a speaker. Well worth the money!

Pretty decent product for its price
Pros:- Great price if not the best in the ultrawide section considering its features- 34″, 3440x1440p, 115hz- IPS Panel (great viewing angles and vibrant colors compared with VA’s washed colors)- Good color reproduction when properly tunned- Display Port Cable Included- Clear user manual and documentationCons:- Worst speakers I’ve ever heard in a monitor- Not that bright for an HDR capable device- [Not related to the product itself but to be aware of]: Received mine with both the amazon and monitor’s package with signs of water damage during storage or delivery, got a partial refund from amazon customer service for that.Overall, it’s a pretty decent product, especially for its current price, I’m using mine for productivity, and the extra space of an ultrawide monitor this size has proven very useful.

good price, poor connection and vesa locations.
this replaces my sceptre 30″ curved monitor, a few things bug me, 1: the visa mount is the same as the curved monitor were it is located at the bottom of the monitor instead of the center. so it would sit high if mounted on a duel stand with the second monitor that has the mount in the center. i had purchased a adjustable vesa mount to compensate for this. 2: the cower supply has a smaller 2.5mm barrel instead of what the old monitor had and was more of a pain that i had to swap it out. 3: the biggest thing and the reason for the 3 star rating, that moved the connections to the bottom of the monitor instead of out the back. This means unless you buy some right angle adapters, the wires all stick out the bottom and is seen from the front. The price was right for a ips monitor

Great 34″ Ultrawide Monitor
I bought this the other day to help me mainly with work – mostly editing documents, emails, etc. The colors are vibrant and really nice being able to split the screen up. I thought I would prefer two separate monitors, but this set-up is super sweet. I was also a little skeptical about the Sceptre name, but I have a 50″ TV that is almost ten years old and still going strong so I am pretty confident this will hold up over time. No dead pixels, packaged nicely. So far very happy and price at $200 can’t be beat.

Hdmi ports overheating
Nice, when working. The hdmi port, both of them, constantly was hot and overheated, I swapped out cables and it still continued to overheat and be hot to the touch.Unfortunately returning, because the view, size, and res, were perfect for my tired old eyes.Disappointed
