It offers a wide range of health and fitness apps, including heart rate, sleep, blood oxygen levels, and stress monitoring.The large, vibrant display is easy to read and the watch pairs quickly with the VeryFit app, which is clear and easy to use….and I already have which is a plus.It offers a clear and straightforward tracking system for fitness data, and the watch stays paired reliably. It is similar to others in the same price bracket but performs better than others I have tried, with excellent battery life too – which was pre-charged. The watch and easy to setup using the App (You do need to use it).One thing I noticed, this watch seems to have access to a vast amount of free watch faces (as well as those you can purchase). In the library is the face in the listing, although not installed on the phone from the factory.The watch comes with two straps, both silicon (would have preferred one fabric). The touch screen is easy to use and navigate – its is clear but does not fill the face entirely.The watch certainly has comprehensive features, including the ability to make and receive calls, track various fitness activities, and receive notifications from texts and apps. Also lots of additional watch face designs and customization options in the APP.The watch’s design, the pink and rose gold combination is nice too, and the magnetic charging attachment is easy to use. Overall, the watch is excellent value for its price, a good range of useful features without being overwhelming. Thee hydration reminder is handy, sleep tracking, and the ability to personalize the watch face is appreciated too.Despite some minor drawbacks, such as the need for the app, (you must use it to adjust settings), But as a fitness tracker, the app is essential anyway.I think its a great relatively low cost watch
