Good Camera, Microphone, Speaker for Small to Midsize Conference Room
Picture quality is good (not great, but good enough). The zoom feature and swivel remote control works well. The camera with microphone and speaker has adequate coverage for a small to midsize conference room. Setup is not simple and requires some computer skills to get it working with Microsoft Windows 11 and Zoom teleconferencing software. However, once initial setup is done, it is easy to use. The camera only comes with a wall mount, which I had to extensively modify to make it into a stable ceiling mount, so I have optimum coverage in our conference room (which is why I rate the assembly at four instead of five stars).

Amazing Quality for the Price
This camera is an amazing value for the price. The video quality is excellent, and the auto-tracking feature follows the speaker smoothly and accurately. Setup wasn’t the easiest at first, but here’s a tip that will save you a lot of time: plug the camera directly into your computer first so it can install everything, then move it to your docking station. Once I did that, everything worked perfectly. Now that it’s set up, the camera performs flawlessly and has really upgraded our conference room. Highly recommend!

We purchased this product for our business account, and within just one month, the camera began displaying blurry visuals. We initially attempted to reach the seller’s customer care with no success. Following this, we contacted Amazon customer service multiple times requesting the seller’s contact information.Unfortunately, the experience was extremely frustrating. Amazon representatives gave inconsistent responses, eventually sharing an email and phone number that turned out to belong to a bakery. Later, we were informed that the product would be picked up, and a self-pickup receipt was generated. However, the label listed a seller number based in Andhra Pradesh (which is currently out of service), while the return address was in Punjab.This clearly indicates that Amazon does not have accurate seller information, nor is it taking responsibility for resolving the issue—despite the product still being under warranty. We were also told that the seller would contact us via email. The only response we received was a dismissive message stating, “After 1 month you are getting problem.”As a business account holder, we are extremely disappointed by the lack of support and accountability from both the seller and Amazon. We expect better service, especially when a product under warranty becomes faulty so quickly.We urgently request:A proper resolution to this issue.Clear and accurate seller contact information.An immediate replacement or refund as per the warranty terms.Please treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves.

Nach langer Suche habe ich mich für diese Kamera entschieden, denn ich streame manchmal einige Veranstaltungen oder ich brauche sie beim Chatten mit Freunden in einer Hybrid-Form. Sie kam sehr gut verpackt an. Ein Deckenhalter und die benötigten Schrauben sind auch bei der Lieferung dabei, um das Montage an der Wand oder an der Decke zu ermöglichen. Ein USB 3.0 Kabel ist auch dabei, somit wird die gute Bildqualität ohne Verzögerung übertragen.Gleich am zweiten Tag nachdem ich die Kamera bekommen hatte, habe ich sie zu der Kaffeepause bei meinem Arbeitskreis mitgebracht, um die Funktionalitäten zu testen. Alle meiner Kollegen waren begeistert.Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist auf jeden Fall sehr gut. Auf Amazon findet man viele ähnliche Produkte, aber für 300 Euro kriegt man mit der TONGVEO PTZ-Kamera zuerst eine hohe Auflösung von 1080P, was komplett ausreichend für meine Anwendungsszenarien ist. Außerdem machen der 3-fache optische Zoom und die Autofokus-Funktion das Streaming noch bequemer und einfacher. Der Perspektivwinkel beträgt max. 117° und zusammen mit einer mechanischen Umdrehung von ±175° in der horizontalen Richtung und ±90° in vertikaler Richtung ist der Einsatz in einem kleinen bis mittleren Raum sehr geeignet. Während der Umdrehung macht die Kamera sehr wenig Geräusche, und die Geschwindigkeit ist auch okay. Alle Funktionen lassen sich über eine Fernbedienung erledigen, wo man auch max. 10 Preset-Positionen abspeichern und später einfach per ein Knopfdrücken abrufen kann.Die Inbetriebnahme ist idiotensicher durch das Plug-and-Play. Nichtsdestotrotz sind die Funktionen nicht eingeschränkt, da ein RS-232- und ein RS-485-Anschluss vorhanden sind. Für Profis gibt es bestimmt viel mehr Spielraum bei der Steuerung der Kamera.Alles in allem ist die Kamera sehr preiswert und ich würde sie auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen! 👍👍

Für unseren Konferenzraum waren wir auf der Suche nach einem moderneren Equipment.Die Wahl fiel auf dieses System, da hier alles dabei war:Das Mikrofon ist frei im Raum positionierbar und enthält auch einen Lautsprecher.Sinniger Weise wird es auf einem Tisch positioniert, dann können sich alle Beteiligten drum herum gruppieren. Es sind mehrere Mikrofone verbaut, bei den ersten Gesprächen mit Kunden wurde uns bestätigt, dass auch bei mehreren Personen im Raum die Stimmen gut aufgenommen werden.Das Mikrofon kann wahlweise per Bluetooth/ Dongle oder USB Kabel mit der Kamera verbunden werden. Insbesondere Bluetooth macht es so sehr flexibel.Die Kamera ist das eigentliche Herzstück und lässt sich justieren. Eine Wandhalterung ist mit dabei, so kann sie überall installiert werden. Idealer weise wird sie unter/ über den Monitor installiert, denn da guckt man bei einer Videokonferenz ja hin und “sieht” dem anderen Teilnehmer so direkt an.Die Auflösung ist sehr gut und die Installation/ Inbetriebnahme war einfach.Dabei ist noch eine Fernbedienung mit den wichtigsten Funktionen.Zusammenfassend sind wir sehr zufrieden, für geringes Geld bekommt man hier ein vollwertiges Video Konferenz System.
