Q1: Why Does the Headset’s Mic Not Connect or Work?
A: 1. On your computer, right-click the Speakers icon at the bottom right, then click Open Sound settings. Select and make sure that [A19] is set as input device (Microphone). 2. Adjust the microphone position to be 0.79-0.98 inches (2-2.5 cm) away from your mouth. If the microphone boom is too far or too close to your mouth, it may cause issues with sound pickup. 3. The microphone may have been accidentally muted, which prevents it from picking up your voice, please turn off the mute button.
Q2: What to Do If I Can’t Turm On the Headset or Fail to Connect to Devices?
A: 1. Headset is out of power, please charge the headset. 2. Try to reset the headset. 3.Ask us for technical support. 3. The headset can’t connect to a device while it is charging. The headsct has a built-in charging protection feature to prevent the battery from overheating and to ensure safety.
Q3: Why Can’t the Headset be Charged?
A: 1. Fully charged. 2.The headset must be tumed off while charging. The charging protection system will be triggered and charging will stop.
Q4:How Can I Connect the Headset to My Laptop/Computer?
A: On your PC, select Start > Settings > Bluetooth & other devices >Add Bluetooth or other device> Bluetooth > Click on the [A19] of your device. If your computer asks for a Bluetooth driver, contact your computer manufacturer.
Q5: Why Does the Headset Turm Off Automatically?
A: If there is no connection for more than 5 minutes or the battery voltage is lower than 3.3V, the headset will automatically shut down. Please restart or charge the headset.

This is an awesome head set. I’ve owned blue parrot, blue tiger storm. And some other brands. This one takes the cake. Crystal clear conversations. I use mine for my entire ten hour shift of driving a roll off truck. Had it for a few months roughly. No issues what so ever. Bonuses, it doesn’t break like the ones made entirely of plastic at the slide point, like all other headsets I’ve owned. Because of it’s metal band it doesn’t even try coming off my head, and is comfortable. The ones where the band is all plastic tend to slide off when yiu bend over to work on something. For me, when I unhook and hook the cable. Anyways. Awesome, reliable, crystal clear, and well worth it for the price point.

This headset is well constructed and crystal clear sound. The fact that it fits over my ear instead of in my ear is the best feature. The headset is very comfortable

Cant end call
The call quality and other features are satisfactory considering the price of this item. However, the major downside I’ve encountered is that I can’t end the conversation. If someone calls me, I’m not sure if it’s a specific issue with this phone or headset. As soon as I connect to my iPhone, if anyone calls me until they turn it off, I get the call, but the headsetdoesn’t work. If I initiate the call, I can turn it off, so I’m not sure what’s going on.Apart from that, everyone I’ve told has said that the call quality is good and that it doesn’t automatically connect when you walk away and come back. I might try something better later on, but for now, I might use it as a computer headset and all that.OK, this is the edit initially I said the headset is not able to have the conversation and by pressing the button if you device it if you connected to the two device in the same time so in my case, it was connected to my computer and the cell phone in the same time and when I try to end the conversation through the baton on the headset, I wasn’t able to turn it off. I had to use the phone screen to finish the conversation. This is the only downside at the moment another thing is as I said it doesn’t connect or disconnect and it doesn’t announce phone calls.

I refused to buy an expensive trucker headset and came across this one. Not only is it affordable but it’s great! The hearing quality is great on both ends. I put my co workers onto it also and they love it as well! It fell one late night and I came and seen it in a rain puddle the next day by my car and I dried it with napkins best I could and IT STILL WORKED PERFECTLY! It’s been months and no issues! 10/10 🙌🏾

Good Quality and comfort for price
I wish this came with a charger stand or protective case or bag. Easy enough to just plug in. Comfortable fit and sound was great. Easy to connect to Bluetooth. I love being able to do zoom calls while cleaning the house or chasing my kids around. Keeps both hands free! Easy to turn volume up and down. Average battery life- I charge daily and only use 2-3 hour max a day.

Shocked! This is a great headset.
I have not had this headset but a few days. At first I was concerned about it covering my ear and how it would feel, etc. as I tend to wear these for long periods at work. I’ve used more that 20 different types of headsets over the years. I was most pleasantly surprised at the comfort and ease of use of this headset. I will probably get and additional one as I travel and I’ll want a backup. Sound quality is exceptional (Only used indoors at this point and I always add my own windscreen). independent mute button I prefer. easy to charge with standard USBc cord. On/Off switch so not guessing if it’s on or off, flexible boom mic that reaches in front of face, right sized head band so it doesn’t stretch down over my other ear just to fit.

I work from home and love this headset so much! I have a 19 month old and a yorkie so I really need a good headset that will cancel background noise and this does just that! The mute button is really quick and easy to click when you need to and for the price, it’s a pretty good headset! Also very simple & easy to connect to.10/10 would recommend.

Pretty good headset. Impressed so far
I usually use blue parrot but I decided to try something different this time and I am liking it so far. The headset fits tightly on my head (hat size 7 5/8) but it’s not so tight that it’s uncomfortable. It does get slightly uncomfortable after I have had it on for 5+ hrs because I wear glasses but it’s not unbearable. I just find myself adjusting it a few times and I’m good. The battery last me two days before I need to charge it and the sound quality it good hearing people and other tell me I’m coming through loud and clear. Can’t speak for the longevity of it because I have only been using it a few weeks so I will have to update later on for that. Seems to be pretty durable it’s light weight and seems to be pretty sturdy. Has no problems with connecting it to my iPhone and it only takes a little over 1.5 hrs to charge.
