Easy Plug and Play Patch Panel
We ran a number of new Ethernet cables in our house and put RJ45 connectors on the ends for easy testing. It ended up being a little messy so I orderd this so we could clean up the works with a clean look in the front. I like the fact that these allowed us to just plug the cables in without having to require a bunch of outlets.These seem to be quality, and the keystones fit in the rack well. The RJ45 connectors fit solidly.This patch panel is a fair value for the current price of about $34.Overall, I’m happy with the “VCELINK 24 Port Keystone Patch Panel 1U 19-Inch, with 25-Pack UL-Listed UTP CAT6 Keystone Coupler and Removable Cable Management Bar, 10G Support (25 x Cat6 Coupler (Black))” and it functions well..

Great quality and value, complete package.
Hi quality steel bracket with plastic bezel if strength and pleasing aesthetic. UL listed pass through connectors, metal cable support bar, tie wraps and rack screws are included. This has a great design / flexibility. If you don’t want to use the pass-through connectors you can substitute standard keystone jacks or mix and match. This allows for a versatile install. The price is very competitive since it includes the pass-throughs with kit.

This patch panel meets my simple home networking needs. I like that it uses RJ45 to RJ45 coupler keystones to keep installation simple. Even happier that it includes all the keystones needed so I don’t have to purchase them separately. The panel itself is a mix of plastic and metal construction. For example, the cable management bar is metal, but snaps into a plastic slot on the back of the front panel. It seems fine though and definitely happy to have the cable management bar. Other than that, I found it a bit amusing that it came with silver hardware instead of black. Not a big deal and easily fixed, but still shows a lack of attention to detail. Lastly, note that the keystones have an all plastic exterior, so it also makes sense that the panel doesn’t include a grounding/bonding wire. I’m not running shielded cables, so not an issue for me.

Easy to setup 1u patch panel!
If you’re looking for a 1u keystone patch panel, for the price this is a solid kit. Keystone couplers are well made, the entire kit is pretty complete with everything you need, even cable ties. All the metal bits and panel have a good finish and you can hand write your labeling if you desire. This is one of the more affordable 1u kits on here but it doesn’t seem to have skimped. Solid buy.

A little pricey, but a complete package
This patch panel bundle is a great piece of kit. I’ve been trying to manage my home rack more nearly, and this patch panel with its included keystones make it simple. It does come with 25 Cat6 couplers and detachable cable tiedown bar, and has an attractive plastic front bezel/facia, making it look pretty slick. I like that it comes with couplers, and enough of them to fill the panel, but it does fit other types of keystone jacks. I’ve got a few HDMI and USB couplers to pass connections from the back of my router and home media PC, and they snap in just fine. I do find swapping keystones a little more annoying than other, less adorned patch panels, but if you have a flat-head screwdriver that can reach, you’ll be fine. At about $40 it’s not the cheapest patch panel, BUT it comes with all the things you need to get plugged in and started quick.

Great addition to a homelab!
I have several items from this brand and they’ve all been great to use. The keystone just snap into place and its really easy to put together. I have a couple of these in my server rack and they’re great for tidying up the cables and bringing some ports to the front and rear of the rack. The metal is plenty sturdy for my needs and overall its well worth the money.

Really nice quality
The pictures show it, but just to be clear, this does not have punch-downs on the keystone jacks, they are couplers, so your “feed” cables need to be terminated with a normal RJ45 connector. In my case, I actually bought this just for the RJ45 couplers, which work great. Despite the fact that I didn’t use the rack plate, I can attest that it is a decent thickness, not thin gauge/wobbly like some other brands. The machining looks good and it even came with the server rack nuts.Overall, if I needed more patch panels in my rack, I wouldn’t hesitate to use this.

Simple and complete cabling solution
This 1U patch panel is a complete kit, 1-U 24 port blank, labeled, CAT6 couplers, mounting hardware, and even tie wraps. No punch downs needed with a RJ45 both front and back. CAT6 gold plated couplers snap in, one way leaving the cable release’s pointed down, both front and rear. Couplers should be installed, before mounting panel inside a rack. The rear cable tie-down should also be assembled before installation in a rack. Label strip is mounted below connectors. If couplers get damaged they can easily be removed and replaced with a screwdriver. Quick and inexpensive way to organize network cabling.

This patch panel consists of a standard painted steel 19” 1U panel with three plastic inserts, each containing 8 RJ45 ports. There is a bar fitted across the rear to secure all the internal cables to which is important to prevent any being pulled out of the rear connectors. Having previously painstakingly wired up a similar patch panel I very much appreciated this panel utilising pass through connectors which just snap into place, it makes life so much easier.There are some very small white areas below each socket for labelling purposes, however a strip with drop in paper labels would have been nice.Priced at just over £24 (£27 with 10% voucher) this is a good value choice.

Very reasonably priced CAT6 patch panel!Give the prices of alternatives, this patch panel is very good quality and I’ve had no issues with negotiating 10Gbps Ethernet through the keystones.The only very slight downside is that the keystones do not come pre-installed and are quite fiddly to install – you do get one spare though!The ease of having an RJ45 connection on both a sides of the keystone rather than terminating the Ethernet cable is ideal if you have already terminated your cables
