Finally, a Speakerphone That Doesn’t Make Me Sound Like I’m in a Wind Tunnel
I’m on the road pretty much every day—client visits, hotel check-ins, coffee shop work sessions, the occasional parking lot Teams call (don’t judge). I needed something that could keep up with my chaotic schedule and still make me sound like I wasn’t calling from inside a tin can. Enter the Yealink SP92. I grabbed it mostly out of desperation, and now I’m wondering how I survived without it.First off, this thing is built like it actually understands what real-world use looks like. It’s compact enough to toss in my backpack without feeling like I’m lugging around a brick, but it’s got enough weight to stay put on a table when I’m setting up in some random coworking space. The finish is clean, understated—no weird glossy plastic or spaceship vibes. Just solid, pro gear.Plug-and-go, no drama I plugged it into my laptop via USB and boom—instant recognition. No drivers, no “please restart your system,” no nonsense. The Bluetooth dongle is a lifesaver too. I’ve paired it with my phone and tablet, and it reconnects fast every time. I’ve literally taken calls while walking through a hotel lobby and it didn’t drop once. That’s rare.Audio that doesn’t embarrass me Let’s talk sound. I’ve used a bunch of portable speakerphones and most of them make you sound like you’re yelling into a Pringles can. Not this one. The SP92 has full-duplex audio, so I can talk and listen at the same time without cutting out. Voices come through crisp, even in noisy environments. I’ve taken calls in a truck stop café with background chatter and clinking dishes, and the other side didn’t hear any of it. The AI noise reduction is legit—filters out the junk and keeps the voice clean.Mic pickup is wild I’ve tested it in hotel rooms, rental cars, even outdoors. The 360° mic pickup means I don’t have to lean in or shout. I’ve had two colleagues join me for a call in a small meeting room and we all got picked up perfectly. No “can you repeat that?” moments. It’s rated for 4–6 people, and I believe it.Battery that actually lasts This thing goes for days. I’ve used it for back-to-back calls across three cities and didn’t even think about charging. The 20-hour call time is real. When I do plug it in, it charges fast—like under 3 hours to full. That’s clutch when you’re bouncing between locations and don’t have time to babysit a charger.Works with everything It’s Teams certified, which is great because that’s what most of my clients use. But I’ve also used it with Zoom, Google Meet, and even Slack calls. No compatibility issues, no weird audio bugs. It just works. I even used it for a podcast interview once and the host asked what mic I was using. That’s a win.Bottom line: if you’re a geek on the go, juggling calls from airports, hotel lobbies, and rental cars, this speakerphone is a game-changer. It’s not flashy, but it’s reliable, smart, and makes you sound like you’re calling from a studio—not a Starbucks bathroom

Exceptional Clarity and Reliability for the WFH Pro
Honestly, this Yealink Sp92 Conference Speaker has been a total upgrade for my remote office. I was tired of calls where I sounded muffled or my dog barking ruined a meeting, but the AI noise cancellation here is a genuine lifesaver—it seriously filters out stuff like keyboard clicks without making my voice sound weird. Setting it up with the Bluetooth dongle was immediate, and the sound quality is top-notch, both for me and for the people I’m talking to. Plus, the 20-hour battery life means I can grab it for a meeting anywhere in the house or even when traveling without ever worrying about the charging cable. If you take your professional calls seriously, this is the one to get.

Excellent speaker and price.
This is a great sounding conference speaker that is affordable and great value. It’s lightweight, plenty loud if that’s what you need (we use it for music too!) and the battery life is more than sufficient for a few meetings. It pairs with Bluetooth easily and we have had no issues from this high quality speaker. We recommend it!

Great mic, speaker is a bit quiet
This speakerphone was easy to set up for our meetings using the included Bluetooth dongle, and the microphone quality is excellent. People sitting all around our conference table were heard clearly without needing to lean in or raise their voices. The main reason for four stars is that the speaker volume feels a bit limited. For a few people it’s perfectly adequate, but in a larger meeting of five or six, we were all wishing it could go a little louder. It’s a high-quality device with fantastic microphone pickup, but it seems best suited for smaller groups.

Not for business use
Sounds like you’re in a wind tunnel. I was embarrassed and had to switch it off while I was on a call with the client. If you want to be a professional, just don’t get this one, this is a home use product.

Great call clarity – versatile compatability
This conference speaker is super handy. The quality is what I have come to expect from Yealink – excellent with crisp sound. The speaker isn’t very big but it is very efficient. Connection is seamless with Bluetooth, but it is also can be used wired or wirelessly by dongle. I use this for my small business. It makes call simple and easy without having a headset. The noise canceling works great. Call clarity is very good as well. The speaker is compatible with several services and platforms which makes it very versatile. Battery life is fantastic. The speaker’s size makes it easily portable as well. All in all, this Yealink speaker is versatile, good quality, and easy to use – ideal for business use.

Clear Audio for Team Calls
This Bluetooth speakerphone is Teams certified and includes a noise-reducing mic, USB/Bluetooth connectivity, and up to 20 hours of talk time. It’s designed for 4–6 person meetings and includes a dongle for wireless pairing.Used this for several meetings and everyone noticed the clarity. It picks up voices evenly around a table and cancels background noise well. The compact size is nice for mobile teams or hybrid office setups.

Significant voice delay
There’s a significant latency delay.

This device is amazing. After a recent upgrade of Microsoft Teams Rooms where magically it disabled noise suppression, I purchased this device hoping it would filter out the projector and AC. This exceeded my expectations and then some. The voice quality is incredible – my meeting participants tell me my board room never sounded better to them. I highly recommend this device to anyone dealing with similar issues.

In my office we used to use older style telephones with speakerphone capability in order to have conference conversations. I have five employees who regularly complained at the lack of quality and issues involved in using old technology. So being the slow to react boss that I am I finally ordered this conference speaker. What a difference! Voices are clear and well understood. Delay and cut-off are non-existent. Connectivity is brilliant utilizing Bluetooth. And the battery life is unbelievable. We are up to 12 hours. Manufacture claims 20 hours and I believe it.If you’re looking for an affordable solution too clear and productive conference calls this is definitely it! Don’t hesitate. My only gripe (and it’s minimal) is its size. I haven’t measured it but it’s at least the size of a medium pancake. I had hoped for something a bit smaller. Oh well I guess you can’t have everything. It is very attractive however and can accommodate almost any conference need. We use it with Microsoft Teams mostly.

best feature: wired and wireless option via Bluetooth. fits into my laptop backpack easily. i needed a speaker for workshops exercise where I need to have clear voice input so that them business and attendance on zoom can hear me clearly, along with the speaker and my on ipad. The ability to place it, anywhere in the room without having to worry about an outlet or the capturing of the audio makes it upgrade unit cost of the battery life long and noise cancellation. As well I have been able to use it in my hotel room when I need to make zoom calls or team conferences. the usbc helps to plug it into my laptop and replaces existing speaker mine giving me in additional option. Some feedback and echo was experience if you use in the same room with lot of devices, recommended without reservation for audio input, but not so much for video playing or movie watching, as the complexity of sound in such audio playing is not optimise for this speaker.

This conference speaker is not amazing in a really loud environment, as the sound cancellation does muffle your speech. In moderate noise it will be barely be noticeable and the noise cancelling is pretty effective.Gets pretty loud, clarify of sound is decent.Usb and Bluetooth connection is appreciated, seamlessly transitions.

If you spend any time in online meetings, enhance your experience with one of these speakerphones. The sound quality is truly amazing compared to my Jabra speakerphone or computer speakers. The microphone is exceoptionally good at picking up my low resonant voice so those on the other end of the call can hear me.It’s a quality made device and it looks good on my desktop. I used it plugged in with the USB-C cable to replace the speaker/mic in my laptop since it sounds so great. You will be impressed. The controls on the front (volume, mute, Bluetooth pairing etc.) are easily accessed. It also works with it’s rechargeable battery and Bluetooth so it’s great to bring along with you when travelling. It comes with a case to keep it looking good.I also find that using a device like this works well when you have another person sitting with you on your end of the call. The microphones work well to pick up each person’s voice.I’m not in a noisy environment so I can’t speak to the noise cancelling capability of this device, but based on everything else, I will keep this one on my desk and find a home for the Jabra unit.Recommended.
