Serious upgrade
If you’re used to using a Bluetooth headset with a 30ft range this is a serious upgrade. I haven’t tested maximum range but I can walk down my driveway and retrieve mail from across the street whilst on a call.Audio quality good. Battery life awesome. Being able to mute by swinging the mic up is a must for me. I’m constantly talking to my wife and dog while on calls and being able to tell muted by mic position is a must.Couple minor annoying quirks but the the pros more than make up for it.I would buy again

Comfortable, long range headset
These are good headset. Comfortable on ears, good sound, long range. They are paird and keep connection with both laptop (via dongle) and phone (bluetooth). Recommend to anyone.

Do NOT PURCHASE
Headset keeps disconnecting from laptop. There is no manual available online nor does it come with a printed manual. When you send an email you get replies at 10 or 11 PM. I am guessing tech-support is overseas. There is no tech-support number. Even simple questions like what do the different color lights on the headsets mean can’t be readily looked up or available

Pretty good device
It looks good and it feels good and it sounds good the only weird issue is that sometimes if you just go directly to headset it sounds a bit garbled so I’ve gotten in the habit of clicking speaker phone button and then the headset button I’m not sure if it’s a phone setting or what I haven’t played with it enough but once that is taken care of being able to talk hands-free is great

So far really impressed with that one … removed a star as sometimes it glitches a bit but a little off and on and back … but the range wow and Microsoft team you can answer a team call and hangup without the need to be at your pc !

Musste den Artilel zurückschicken, da eine Verbindung zur Fritzbox zwar grundsätzlich möglich war aber die Funktinalität dermaßen eingeschränkt war, sodass man nicht vernünfig damit telefonieren konnte. Das Alternative Headset hat dann sofort das gemacht was es soll.
