Troubleshooting network connection issues:
(1) The doorbell camera only works with 2.4GHz Wi-fi. Please connect it to a 2.4GHz network.
(2) Double-check that you are entering the correct Wi-Fi name and password.
(3) Verify the distance between the camera and the Wi-fi router; the camera should be within 33 feet (10 meters) of the router
(4) Please enable Bluetooth on your phone, but you don’t need to connect Bluetooth with the device, just ensure the Bluetooth is on.
(5) If you changed your Wi-Fi password, or your camera got disconnected, please reset the Wi-fi connection with the camera:
Press and hold the ring button until the camera was reset, and then add the camera again back to the same App account.

Great Doorbell Camera — Clear Video and Easy Setup!
This doorbell camera works really well for the price. The video quality is clear during the day and at night, and the motion detection responds quickly. It was very easy to install and connect to the app.I like that I can see who’s at my door from my phone, even when I’m not home. The audio is good, the battery lasts long, and the alerts come in fast.Overall, it’s a reliable and simple security camera for any home. I definitely recommend it!

If you need to apply for Security, there are better choices.
1. The Camera is cheap and not difficult to setup and comes with a chime.2. it doesn’t have a sd slot to store videos3. it has 2 modes of picture quality FHD and HD , when you select FHD it buffers and takes a long time and the picture is not continuous, and when you switch to HD the picture is still not continuous but less rate than the FHD mode, the router is 10 feet away from the camera4. Cloud storage is a must, however it doesn’t state who you are paying subscription to and where are the videos stored and how to retrieve them outside the app. specially you do not know where and who watches your videos and if it appears to be confidential or not. might be stored outside the US , ex. china. ( from a Security Management point )5. Night vision is not bad.6. you can not watch the camera more than 3 minutes , then it closes and you have to click again to watch the cam video for another 3 minutes. specially if you do not have the cloud storage .7. the notification sent to your Phone through the app , takes time basically you will get notified after the event.8. Battery Life is not that good expect to charge it using micro USB connection at least once every 3-4 weeks, based on the amount of usage.9. Look is nice , the button is obvious for other people.

Great Quality Doorbell Camera
I love the quality of the doorbell camera!! Very clear video and sound!!! Very easy setup!! And depending on if you age a lot of human foot traffic in front of your home will depend on the battery life. I included a video or the camera quality. Only downside is the subscription to save the video but the camera is not expensive so I don’t mind the yearly membership

Pricey to keep the monthly service
So far, it works really well, it is a little expensive if you have it hooked up I wish it was cheaper like theRing … you can’t really keep any recordings or if someone rings the doorbell and you didn’t get to it on time if you try to go back-and-forth, it doesn’t show you.

Pros and a major con which is a MAJOR one on this video doorbell. The con off the bat is If you don’t want to purchase cloud video storage then DO NOT purchase this item as it is the only way to review and download videos. And it doesn’t show real time either.PRO: Read instructions. Plug in to charge which already have a 91% charge to begin with. Download app. Register with valid email as they will send a code. It will locate your network but set it to 2.5 G. Add network and password and voila, SUCCESS! One of the easiest wifi connections and mount install electronics so far that I have encountered on an Amazon. Before purchase confirm that you have less 5G wifi which is what most people have but you can choose the lower frequency of 2.5G, which is essentially the same Wifi name but without it saying -5G. If you don’t select this it will probably not connect. One thing that is a bit fishy and seems like a security issue is that I have to type my network and wifi password into the actual app, so now this company has that info, hmmmm highly suspect to me.As a piece of electronics, it is aesthetically really nice and I like how it is compact and slim unlike other bulky ones. And this came in gray which is perfect for my door as it matches. White color always stands out and is really an eyesore so gray color option is a great plus.The app is clear and uncomplicated. Looks good but can room for improvement on instructions. As far as battery life, it has decreased 5% in a matter of 6 hours or so already with a high setting of human detection. Will see how long it will last.CON: Ok, this is a major con and quite honestly very deceptive of the company to do this which is the reason why it is so affordable and good value for the equipment BUT and a big but, you will not be able to see review any video or see the camera in real time whatsoever. It will show only a video clip screenshot and when you try to view it will will ask you to subscribe and you have to pay for iCloud storage on their servers to review and download. This video doorbell is not one where you can plug in and then see real time video. It only records motion. Unless you purchase the subscription there is loop recording which I haven’t done yet. Year subscription is about $30 USD but it is still a deceptive way and a bait and switch method which is very shady and unprofessional when it comes to customer interaction and customer retention. Wouldn’t you want customers? Just this alone is a turn off purchase. And on top of it all the videos that are stored on their cloud can be used for whatever they like cause they own that video and you signed the agreement when you install the app. Also you can’t see real time video so when you install it you don’t know what you are seeing. Just FYI, it will record every motion and put it on the cloud server if you don’t turn off all the options on the app before you start installing it. My advise is to face the camera down on the counter so it doesn’t record you or any motion. If you do get a motion capture, you can always delete it, but maybe they have already kept the video for their third party use.In conclusion, I give it 3 stars for that is a very nice compact and elegant looking piece of equipment, simple and fuss free connection and installation but the big caveat is that there is no real time video whatsoever and you cannot view any motion recordings without a cloud subscription. It will log a history of screenshots on the app timeline which in order to view any of it will ask that you subscribe. So if you ok with that and ok with having them own the videos and not have paranoia, then it is a great purchase. Most doorbell companies already do the same thing anyway but when you don’t tell your customers first hand that it can’t show real time or you can’t see any video without a purchase then this is bad way of customer relations and for any future purchases as a security company looking to retain customers and try not to use and abuse them first thing off the bat. I don’t even know where this company is based and where their servers are located but I think it said Switzerland. I want more information on their customer privacy and how they will protect their customers rights to privacy. I probably won’t be coming back as a repeat customer unless the camera can show real time and allow me to view video. It’s ok that it is in the cloud as they already have a record but why not let the customer also see it? And if I want to download it then maybe then I will have to purchase. That to me is a better compromise and everyone wins!Everything was going right until the bait and switch tactic. Such a disappointment.

Easy to assemble and install. Had no problems with connecting. Quality of the device is amazing. Real live time and audio have no issues or delays. The quality of the picture on the phone is amazing. Highly recommended and the best part of all is the price!!
