Hear me out.I was very scared and skeptical about buying a phone (an iphone) no less from Amazon. Though the good reviews outweighed the bad I could not get the bad out of my head. Honestly I’d rather buy a phone renewed than completely new for moral reasons so I decided to take a risk. Knowing my luck with things like this I was very scared. I did lots of research before I decided on buying this phone from the Amazon renewed store sold and shipped by Amazon. The last two criteria was important to me because of the return policy.I ordered my phone in purple with condition excellent.I received my phone one day earlier than promised. It arrived fastened to an unmarked box. This made me even more nervous because I was hoping for the Amazon renewed box. The phone came with a charging cord. When I powered it on the phone had about 60% battery and was last updated early May of this year.So far (1 day) I have had no problems with setting the phone up. The phone came with no scratches or scraps. Battery health was 89%. The speaker works (well one side (not sure if the other is just for decoration or broken; either way idc)). Smooth sailing so far.Two things to note. When I was on Youtube the phone froze for a second. I was a little panicked but I just used the power button and all was well again. However it is something I am looking out for. I am praying it is a one off thing though. Next thing, the phone had a note that the screen was changed however it does acknowledge that the parts added to the phone are genuine and compatible with apple.In conclusion, I recommend but be careful of third party sellers and do lots of research. All the best.

Okay so i bought this for my mom and so far the phone works perfectly. I was a little hesitant I mean who isn’t when you guys something kinda expensive online and relying on trust but so far it’s been 6 months and the phone works perfectly it charges just fine. I’m very happy with my purchase

Wait time may be longer than anticipated
So far so good. It came a few days late but the phone itself was intact. No scratches, no marks, or damage. It had a 89% battery health which isn’t ideal but also not the worst thing. The sounds good, touch screen is smooth, and the colors are vibrant. Decently priced and functional. The set up was fairly easy and took maybe an hour or two between transferring everything and connecting the phone service myself. A new phone at the store was $800 plus $25 to connect it with help. That wasn’t happening so I took a chance on this alternative. Definitely saved me hundreds and I understand you get what you pay for so I won’t complain too much. I’ll return in a week and again in a month to show how it’s held up.One Week Update: it’s still working fine. Haven’t had any issues. It did get a bit hot while I was using it but I feel like that’s an issue with iPhones in general. Battery life went down to 88%. No major problems.

Purchased one that was considered in excellent condition. No scratches or dents. Everything seems to function as it should. Only came with the charging cable but that didn’t work. Other than that pleased with purchase. Price when compared to a comparable new phone was a considerable savings.

Iphone 14 renew excellent
The phone works very well. It has a couple of small scratches that can be seen at a glance and it is supposed that being renewed-excellent, it should not be like that, but it does not bother me because it is minimal and in general it fulfills what it promises.. Battery 85% Very good value for money.

Great phone, not so great battery health
Device was in almost as good condition as described (Excellent). The only issue that I found was the battery health which was at 86%. It doesn’t appear to be new stuff and doesn’t appear to be refurbed considering the battery was how it was and there’s no changed parts notifications in settings under the about device. Phone functions as well as a new one. Touch screen is original as far as I can tell. Call quality and connectivity is perfect. The feel of the device is to be expected for a brand new iphone 14 in the fact that there’s no bumps or dents around the device. The durability is as expected.

Arrived as advertised. Excellent condition and no scratches at all, can’t tell from new. I ordered the excellent version so I was delighted to see it’s condition. Battery was 100 % ! This phone was probably barely used to still achieve 100% when fully charged. I purchased the extra storage 256 model and saved a lot of money !!! I thought the red model might be owned by someone younger so I was expecting maybe some damage but NO.. Very Happy with this purchase !
