Sound Quality Isn’t Great
It’s a decent device so far, after a dozen or so uses. Recording volume is lower than other comparables, like the Jabra 710, etc. Also, the noise cancelling software isn’t as robust and clips out some softer voices, or low volume talkers. I’m concerned about battery life, as with full charge, the unit shut down on battery after 2 hours, but once plugged into land power ran fine. It appears to be stable, and is very simple to use.

Recording lacks fidelity
The microphone element(s) lacks sensitivity in the high range. All voices sound muted as a result, regardless of position or which main/satellite microphone they used. Wholly unacceptable for my conferencing room.The echo/noise cancellation was also notably poor.Otherwise, the unit did seamlessly connect via either USB, Bluetooth, or the 2.4Ghz received in Windows. No problems there!

I only used this in a room with 2 other people, but it worked well. It was easy to set up and the people on the other end seemed to hear us fine. We did not use the extension mics because our group was so small, but we will in the future and I’ll update if it’s a problem.

Conference speaker with microphone, 2 expansion mics
This conference speaker set arrived intact and well protected. It was in a small box, nestled in its foam padding. The bilingual, quadrafold instruction manual is adequately written on the English side. The startup sound seem decent. I have not yet tried it for conference calls. I have tested the buttons as far as sensitivity and functionality. On the main unit, it takes just a touch. On the extensions, it takes more of a light to moderate press, and even then it can be finicky. I would recommend this, but mainly to my competition.

Great setup for the office
I had ordered this to go with my home computer. I had been taking many meetings from there, so why not give it a good speaker and mic system. This set was perfect for me. It’s not too large and it gives perfect audio on both sides. It also does a good job of filter out the noise that can come in, when you are at home. I was pretty impressed with this set. I hope that this helps.
