Why does the video recording window appear when installing the driver?
MacOs laptops need to install the driver manually, due to the MacOS system’s inherent abiity to priect the system, it will show the recording window, this is
caused by the system, not the driver recording the screen.
How to deal with the black screen, no display, or screen flickering, or intermittent black screen after connection?
Please make sure that the power board indiator light is on, and then check whether both ends ofthe connection cable are connected properly. Try to connecan external power source (USB-C charger or DC 5V3A or PD charger) to the device.
Why doesn’t the screen above show a black screen?
For macOS system, you need to install the driver. In addition, if the screen does not display due to insufficient power supply, please power the screen, replug the screen, and restart the laptop.
Why is there a delay when displaying on the screen, requiring unplugging and replugging each time?

BUYER BEWARE: Stopped working after 3 months!
I bought this on July 10, 2025. It is October 22, 2025 and the screens no longer connect to my MacBook Pro. Of course the 30 day return window has closed. There is supposed to be customer support available through the seller website and phone number. Shocker, the phone number is a busy signal and the support page for this product is a 404 page when you click the link. $200 down the drain. I I could give this zero stars I would. If you are reading this, it means the seller is still selling this bad product.

Nice display and lightweight.
Works well with my Laptop and the display quality is nice. My Laptop is a HP Vinticus Laptop, and it was able to connect. It’s not heavy, so I can take it with me to travel and go to school. It’s easy to use and the size is about the same as my laptop screen.

Great Idea — Just Not Compatible with My Work Laptop
This FOPO 14″ Laptop Screen Extender is such a cool concept and would have been perfect for my setup! Unfortunately, I couldn’t use it with my government-issued laptop because it required a software download that wasn’t authorized by my IT department.I tested it briefly on my personal computer, and it worked great — the screens were clear, setup was simple, and the extra displays made multitasking so much easier. If FOPO ever makes a version that doesn’t require a download to function, I’ll be first in line to buy it again!I did return it. 🙁
