Amazing addition to my gaming setup
This monitor is fantastic! It honestly exceeded my expectations based off price point. First time getting a curved and something higher than 75 Hz refresh rate, but this thing is amazing. Very clear and fluid image quality, easy to set up (I mounted on a triple monitor VESA mount for my gaming setup), perfect fit size, even has some RGB on the back which for me is a nice little luxury. I feel this is a great buy for the price point and quality. It’s I’m addition to my 2 24′ ASUS monitors and the quality matches or exceeds.

Monitor arrived without a stand
Visually everything looks fine — the display is good, 144Hz works as expected. But the stand was missing from the box. That’s an essential part, and without it, I can’t even use the monitor properly. I had to contact Amazon support, and instead of just sending the missing piece, they offered a full return or replacement. That’s really inconvenient. If you’re buying this — double-check the packaging.Update:After posting my initial review, the seller reached out to me directly and offered to send the missing stand. Their customer service was fast, polite, and helpful. I really appreciate the way they handled the issue — very professional support.The monitor itself looks great and performs as expected. Now that the missing part is being taken care of, I’m satisfied with the purchase.Thank you!

Great Customer Support!
I already wrote a review praising the monitor for its specs and design, but I’m back a year and a half later with an update. For the last year and a half my monitor was absolutely amazing. Quick load up, great color accuracy and easy to use. Two weeks ago it started flickering when booted and, after trial and error, I discovered it was the power adapter connector. I reached out to customer support (I rarely ever get a warranty on things, but because I work via my PC I decided it was definitely necessary) and not only did they respond super fast, they tried to help me with my immediate issue by troubleshooting. When we realized that the issue is something within the monitor itself and not the cord, they didn’t hesitate to get a replacement shipped out to me. I am super grateful that they not only tried helping me, but they also did so with amazing kindness and speed. Now I can get back to work without the struggle!

Excellent service from the monitor for about 30 months. But it’s not all bad.
I purchased this monitor for use with Microsoft Flight Simulator. One the whole, it was been pretty good. The image quality is all that I expected. It very much enhanced the experience for simulated flight. I appreciate the compactness of the unit. While it doesn’t fill my periphery, it does a good job with the feeling of immersion. Indeed, I got dizzy the first time I was flying with this as my inner ear said you are level, but my sight said you are tilted. That’s a good sign. My monitor is only about 24 inches from my face, so this is a good size. The value was pretty good as well. I purchased this monitor in January of 2023.So, why only four stars? The speakers that come with this monitor are horrendous. I can’t believe some people are complimenting these. I never intended to use them as most gamers have headphones or a reasonable sound bar/sub setup. The other thing. Beginning in July of 2025, I found a spec I couldn’t clean in dead center of the screen. Turns out to be the first dead pixel. I would estimate, conservatively, that I have about 8000 hours on the monitor. I don’t know how well it is going to hold up at this point. But I can say without reservation , that in 40 years of using LCD/Plasma/LED flat screen monitors, this is the first dead pixel I have encountered.

THE SPECS ARE A LIE DO NOT BUY
This monitor would be just slightly sub par if you were using it for work in an office setting but to use for gaming it falls short in every single way imaginable. Straight out of the box the screen was extremely dim and washed out. It took me a while to find a color balance that was tolerable and the HDR setting did nothing but amplify the brightness of the colors on the screen making in game text illegible. That enough was enough for me to want to return it but I decided to give it a couple more try’s to make it work.The second and final nail in the coffin was I could not get the display to refresh at 120hz. This product is posted to read 200hz, a bit of a ridiculous claim but ok. I was trying to use it with my PS5 and could not even get the console to recognize it as more than 60hz compatible. A few hours of internet sleuthing later jumping from Fourm to Reddit thread everything was setup the way it is supposed to be even running HDMI 2.1 to it even though the spec sheets state the monitor only had hdmi 2.0 ports. Switched back and fourth between 2.0 and 2.1 HDMI cables with no change in performance. Finally at a loss for words I reached out to Amazon customer care who took the time with me to go through multiple possibilities to a poor display all of which were already done. I was then directed to contact the manufacturer, I figured I was already this deep so may as well dig deeper out of sheer curiosity at this point. I emailed their customer service line providing them with order number and model/serial numbers. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly they responded. I sent my first inquiry on a Saturday afternoon/evening and received correspondence only a few hours later. I explained the situation to their agent and she looked into it for me. I provided them photos of the issues as well as my display settings on both the monitor and PS5. She did reach out to one of their engineers who supposedly tested a similar model and was able to get the 120hz out of a ps5. I don’t truly believe this was what happened but I was then instructed to buy a $20 HDMI adaptor to “make it work” it was at that point where I lost interest and thanked them for their time but I had decided to return the product. I then proceeded to order another monitor from a more reputable manufacturer. I intentionally withheld this review until I received the new monitor. I ordered one of similar specs albeit slightly better in the graphics department being 1440 rather than 1080. The second I plugged in the new monitor I absolutely knew this monitor was a $200 mistake.Save your money, spend $70 more and get an ASUS or something from a more reputable company. This product should be removed from Amazon entirely for its false advertisement of their product’s capabilities.

es buen monitor, para el uso que le doy me importaba que pudiera poner dos computadoras al mismo tiempo y esa funcion PBP funciona muy bien, es de buen tamano aunque la curvatura no es mucha, me agrado la imagen, la probe con mi PS5 y la imagen no es muy buena, si eres muy picky para imagen mientras juegas, no es muy buena opcion.

The monitor works perfectly and has a clear display. Setup was simple, and it fits well on my desk. Happy with it so far. I didn’t realize it has built-in speakers—they’re not the best, but it’s fine since I use my own speakers.
