Overall good
I wasn’t expecting much in the way of sound quality, but I was pleasantly surprised. Don’t get me wrong… I’m a musician, and this isn’t on a par with JBL or Bose, but for its size, this does pretty good. The mic is sensitive and I am surprised at how easily it hears me from all over my kitchen and living room.This works well, even when Android Assistant hasn’t been as reliable since my phone has been updated.

Love my Google device
My son gave me our first one and we loved it so much I bought another one for our kitchen. We listen to music on it primarily. You will need a service to do so. We have YouTube music. My first one was Light gray and I was pleased to see this one came in a darker color. My only complaint is, it would be nice if the cord came in the same color as the device. The cord is still a white cord.

Item is configured for another country and factory resets don’t solve the issue. DONT BUY IN US.
I bought this item. I’ve been ill and hadn’t been able to go downstairs to install it in my shop within the timeframe allowed for returns. I contacted the seller and Google and the seller could only say that I should do the factory reset.This does not work on this Google mini because it was configured to be sold in a different region of the world, despite the fact that it said it was 100% refurbished, and guaranteed, this product will not work in the United States. Don’t buy it.The seller will not make good on your purchase. They have no flexibility and are not interested in having any.
