Like New
For a refurbished device, the phone was pretty much flawless. The one that I received still had full battery capacity. Like I said earlier, there were hardly any scratches, screen quality was perfect and still is to this day.

Bought two, both were like new…
I was amazed that these amazon renewed phones were pristine…AND they each had a charger included. The new phones don’t come with a charger anymore. Nice touch, because my wife’s old phone charger was not the usb-c type. The phones had no bloatware and had been factory reset. They both updated to Android 14 immediately during setup and, speaking of setup, the transfer of apps and data from my old phone was a snap because it also had usb-c. Not so much on my wife’s because her old phone had the old usb plug. However, all her personal data and info in her Google account transferred on first sync with the new phone, so it was still pretty simple since she’s a minimal user…phone, text & camera. Ah, the camera…what a difference…the Pixel 7 camera is great! Battery life is adequate for our purposes but could be improved for those who are power users. Overall, the amazon renewed Pixel 7’s a good deal for about half the price of new.

Came with bootloader unlocked, couldn’t use mobile wallet
Good phone, but had to relock the bootloader myself.Could not use tap to pay until I did.Just fyi.If you’re tech savvy, good dealIf not, make sure you have a friend who can at minimum use chatgpt. Lol

Battery Life is Awful
The phone itself works great but the battery life is awful. Only way you’d get 24-Hour Batter is if you never picked up the phone for 24 hours and even then I’m not sure it would it would last. Doesn’t matter if the rest of the phone is in excellent shape if the battery life is short. I’d take extra scuffs to get better battery life.

The glass on the camera broke and now all photos are blurry but other than that the phone works great

eSIM not recognized. Still great device!
So far the product functions and operates well. I’m still working on setting it up but have not ran into any issues other than the imei2 is not being recognized by straight talk as an eSIM. So I had no choice but to use the SIM card slot for now. I will be checking another carrier to see if the imei2 is recognized as an eSIM. I will leave an updated review then.

Functions smoothly and visually appealing. Camera is very good. Also, easy to transfer my data and sim card. Only negative is the Fahrenheit/Celsius quirk that took a bit of time to figure out.

So far so good. It’s only been a day and I haven’t tested everything, but I’m quite pleased.The quality appears close to new. If it’s been worked on, I can’t tell.UPDATE: second day of use and I noticed the screen is separating from the body already. I will be reaching out to customer service.
