Head’s Up About Ink
I bought this printer for my stationery business. I have three others, but I needed one to specifically print on #10 business envelopes. This printer does that well, but it has a few cons. It can only accept 6 envelopes at a time or images become misaligned. That is easy to handle, but a bit of a pain for large stationery orders I print. Luckily, it prints quickly so I can stand nearby and just switch out sets of six envelopes. The second con is that is suddenly stopped accepting anything but HP ink. This wasn’t a problem until the second time I replaced ink cartridges. After researching, the firmware seems to block anything that is not HP brand even if it is compatible. Just a head’s up for anyone looking to save money buying ink elsewhere. This is listed in the description and it is my fault for not reading it all the way through to the bottom. I am going to keep this printer and use it until it gives out on me, but I think I will be looking for a different brand to replace it when the time comes.

Easy to use and great price
This printer was super easy to set up it only took a couple minutes its pretty much plug and go with using the app. For the price its really a great deal I like the feed feature thats nice when multiple pages need to be scanned or copied. I really love that this is all wireless and I can print from any connected device it makes it so much easier than my old printer id always have to login to the computer to print so this is sooo much easier

Nice printer
The online instructions were easy to follow on the laptop; I just missed the part about installing the app on my phone. The printer finally worked after the app was put on my phone and I haven’t had problems since. Print quality seems fine as the colors are spot on like pics I am coping. I am very happy with this printer and having a copier is great. This is my third HP printer and I couldn’t be happier.

Prints and scans like a champ! Windows 10/USB.
Very reliable for me once connected to USB. Perhaps I am old school, but this was the familiar way for me to connect this. Although I am only printing in B&W, the app shows color ink being depleted more rapidly. I have had this for 4 weeks and has come in very handy for occasional printing at home. I am using this with a Windows 10 Laptop with very great success. I am not concerned with small paper feed capacity or printer speed.

Please put a paper tray on this thing
It was surprisingly easy to set up. Much easier than my last HP. The 3 stars are for a horrible paper feeder As one reviewer said, “Why can’t they just put a paper tray on it”. The paper feeds at the top. It will not hold many sheets of paper. It is hard to load the paper If it is not in Perfectly it will not work. If there is a tiny crimp in the paper it will not work. It is horrible.

Very hard to set up!
It was a very rocky start setting up this HP printer. HP gives you no printed instructions just a video. That would have been fine except half way through set up the video instructions don’t match what the printer is asking for. Could not get WiFi to connect and could find nothing in video or on line through HP with any suggestions on what to try next! They didn’t even have any “what to try if” instructions!Luckily this was not my first printer set up and I just went on my own experience with other printer setups. Seat of my pants kind of thing! Finally got it done and so far printer has been doing what it should do PRINT!I like the paper loading in back since I had lot of problems with my Cannon printer tray and paper jams, And I like having a printer cable for my lap top, I also like the ink delivery and recycle system.I was not looking for lots of features – just reliable printing. So far so good on that count. Price was right also!

Es una mala inversión. Impresora barata pero difícil de usar y no tiene repuestos de tinta. Hay que comprarla en línea en EEUU o en China. Incluso para imprimir no sigue las indicaciones, peor su app en el celular, si se cierra antes de imprimir, se corta la impresión. No la compren. 1000 veces mejor una Brother

Great printer. Easy to set up and operate. I replaced an older, larger HP that died over the course if a week, seamlessly and without many problems (aside from the ‘human verification’ puzzle which only gets progressively harder with each failed attempt). I even transferred the HP Instant Ink subscription to this printer without much hassle.

Es una porquería!A veces conecta e imprime sin problema otras veces es desesperante imprimir una sola hoja.Imprimí como 30 hojas en baja calidad y ya requiere otro cartucho. La voy a devolver. Y la promoción de cartuchos gratis no aplica en México.
