Nothing but issues
Order a 17.3 laptop from HP store on Amazon. Computer never worked from the start. It kept opening up Apps and having pop ups come up from Microsoft. I disabled the pop ups but it didn’t matter. The mouse then started becoming very unresponsive. Basically started asking like it has a mind of its own. I got a hold of HP and they “took over my computer” and the technician said the “Amazon” had altered my computer so there was nothing they could do for me. I said I bought it through the HP store on Amazon and asked how it could have been altered by Amazon? Anyhow Amazon seller blamed HP and HP blamed Amazon and I’m left with a $600 paper weight. Please do not buy your computers from this sight. Nothing but junk with absolutely no recourse. I’m going with Dell or Lenovo from here on our
