It’s compatible with my 13” MacBook and my 15.6” Windows laptop — plug-and-play through USB-C, no hassle. I use it daily for multitasking, video editing, and document comparison. The build is sleek and durable, and it folds up compactly for travel, which is a huge bonus.But what really stood out to me was the customer service.When I first received my screen, I had a couple of questions about adjusting the settings for optimal performance. Great Monitors in a Small Package
I’ve had a chance to spend some time using this setup and it’s a very good product. Once connected, my Windows PC quickly identified the monitors and installed the correct drivers. The monitors are very bright and display colors well. I found I could achieve 5% more light when connected to an external power source. I am using a 15″ laptop to test the unit and found it was very comfortable. The OSD menu is very comprehensive and allows me to change my images to match my environment and to more closely match the color of my laptop display. The packaging is very good. The accessories are complete and the addition of items like a USB A to UCB C converter tip are welcomed. I especially like the inclusion of the video drivers on a very unique USB drive. I used the drive to load the proper driver onto an Android phone. This worked very well and I was able to duplicate my phone display onto both monitors. I was not able to connect my iPad which may be a limitation of the Apple OS.I was also able to use this in the portrait mode although, there are some things to be aware of. Closing the second monitor to display one monitor in portrait mode does not disable the monitor that is closed. If you do not turn it off using the menu button, it will keep displaying. Also, turning off the monitor only turns the screen black. It doesn’t disconnect it so if you are not careful, you may find an open window or mouse curser being displayed on the closed, dark monitor. There is a feature in the OSD menu called “Auto Size”. This is not currently described in the instructions but, if you find your widows output is a little too large for the display, as it was for me in portrait mode, selecting Auto-Size will correct the display to fit properly in the monitor space.The dual monitor setup is a little heavy to be carrying around in a bag but if you are traveling in a car or keeping it in your luggage, working on it at the hotel will make your tasks much more efficient.
