Good find.
Very pleased with this purchase. Minor assembly took just a few minutes (didn’t even have to read the instructions). Light is exactly what I need for close-up painting, particularly at night. Highly recommend for desktop use. Be aware of the “slide” feature (looks like a white line on the top of the base) that dims the light. When I first turned it on, the slide was all the way to the left and no light was visible. Finally figured it out.

Amazingly bright
I just got it – 5 minutes to set-up — and it is perfect. The base is heavy enough not to knock over while adjusting the gooseneck portion. I can tuck it into a corner. Unobtrusive. It is on my desk, so I don’t have to worry about the bright power light. Turns on/off with one touch. This is a winner. My other light is a Ottlite — I love, but they have gotten expensive, which made me try this one.

Easy to set up and use.
I didn’t need the instructions to put together. I like that. I ordered this because the wife and I like to do a lot of puzzles. The amount of light is perfect for what we needed. The amount of light is easy to adjust. So far its a great product with no foreseeable issues.

Awesome! It is set up for perfect use for paperwork, reading medicine bottles, and tremendous level of light required. With several projections of light choices (dim/bright/season viewing) make this product an outstanding choice of purchase.

Almost perfict for my nightstand
Almost! I’ve taken off 1/2 a star for the hard plug sticking straight out of the back (I’m going to look for a 90° replacement/adapter, but this should have come with one), and another for the fact that I wish it could go just one step dimmer; it’s a tad too bright for bed time reading. Overall, this is a very, very good lamp if I can get a few years out of it.Oh, I’m also not fond of how bright the power button is. It never shuts off, but it’s no problem to cover it at night. Though, I really don’t see why it needs a backlight at all.

Easy to assemble and nice dimming feature
I actually like this a lot more than i thought i would. I originally got it for doing puzzles but now i use it for a night stand light. I like that you can change the brightness and it did come in pieces that you had to put together but they were pretty easy to do. It’s still nice for puzzles but also for every day use!

The best desk lamp so far; and we’ve ordered several over last few years. My wife use it for her crafts and it’s subject to heavy duty use. Usually the power port on the other lamps are too flimsy and wears out too quickly and refers the lamp useless. After 8 months this lamp is still like new. Brightness and adjustability is great!
