Excellent
I replaced an old one with this one and love the clarity, color and easy set upThe only issue is that instructions refer to downloading software and when you go on logitech to downloading, it says this model has no download. I communicated with support and after two attempts to download their link -giving same message- I gave up since agent was not awareQuick support assistance via chat (may not have been familiar w the product) but he/she/they tried right away. Good product, reliable and prompt customer service

Nice little camera, well packaged, nice clear image, pretty good audio.That’s the good news.The bad news they don’t tell you ….You have to have other programs to even turn it on. It does NOT come with its own software. Both the online downloadable ? software AND the “customer support” both suffer from the same malady … “Chinglish”. Written and verbal support appear to have been written in Chinese and (poorly) translated into English of a sort.

A camera that does what cameras are designed to.
Webcams should not be that complicated, yet so many companies are doing all that they can to make them overly complex. This is not the case here. Logitech has been the best-known peripheral manufacturer since the turn of the century, and they just make things that work. Plug it in and you get a great image for your meetings or whatever else you do with your webcam. I’m not here to judge. The microphone picks up every sound so if you didn’t set that setting that focuses on your voice, you need to check that now. If I had to pick something that I don’t like about them is that the auto exposure on it leaves some to be desired. If you don’t have light behind the camera, it will wash out the background trying to expose your face. Works with all the standard webconferencing software. Great product for a reasonable price.

Works for MTG Spelltable
Works fantastic as an overall webcam. However, I did buy this for MTG spelltable.For that area specifically it works, but it’s not fantastic. But this could be a spelltable issue overall.I was able to narrow in on some settings in the Logitech software to increase the readability of cards, and paired it with a cheap ring light, and now spelltable picks up every card just fine.If you’re looking to play spelltable, this will work just takes some adjusting of some settings!

Goes out of focus badly over & over
I really wanted to like this webcam and I know it is widely used. But during its first try on a Zoom meeting, my image kept going out of focus and stayed out of focus for a LONG time…literally 2 or 3 minutes. I was sitting in a chair right in front of the camera, not standing up and not waving my arms around or anything. I just kept drifting out of focus and didn’t even seem to be trying to refocus, it just stayed blurry. Not good. Also the image is very blown out, way too bright and needs adjusting. I cannot use it looking blurry in meetings. Lastly, the software needed to download to be able to make adjustments and turn off the auto focus does NOT work on older Windows operating systems. You cannot turn off the auto focus if you can’t download their software. All in all a big disappointment and very sadly I have to say there are better camera out there. That auto focus problem was so bad I am surprised so many people use this camera. Mine is the C920 HD.
