This Needs A Lot Of Instructions For Bluetooth In-The-Ear Earphones
I’m new to this type of earphone and it took a combination of Amazon’s Rufus and Google AI to help me get these up and running. The first thing I needed was how to pair them with Bluetooth and Rufus gave me that information (you turn the earphones off and back on for pairing to start) The power button is the center button on the controller. Then I needed to learn how to set up the ear buds with the air hooks, and Google AI was able to walk me through those steps. Now that I have it working, it is a fine little device that has a lot of power. I think it will take me awhile to get comfortable with these, but they work fine, they sound fine, they do everything they’re supposed to do, and they’re very well made. Just by including some coherent instructions to cover the above subjects, it would have gotten five stars from me.

Sound is pretty good. Volume is adjustable. Instructions are included. Comfy to wear.
I read that someone said these earbuds were excessively loud, but I did not find that to be the case. They were the perfect volume for me and I was easily able to turn the volume up or down by way of the buttons on the cord controller or by way of my device. If I turn the volume all the way up on both, then yes, they have a great volume range. But it’s adjustable. I think the Noise-Cancelling must be working, too, because I didn’t hear much environmental noise when I was listening with these. While listening to music, I could hear the voices clearly, the instruments clearly, the highs of cymbals and the deep pumping bass. It seemed fairly well-balanced to me. Perhaps there was a very slight muffled-ness to the sound. Very slight! When I listed to a podcast, it was super clear and easy to hear. The silicone earbud tips felt comfortable in my ears and they provided lots of other tips in different sizes and styles. The buds themselves do have a tiny little circle with R and L in them. So tiny I didn’t see them until I read about them from another reviewer.I like the adjustable neck band length. I like the attaching the earbuds with their magnetic backs. I like that I can use the cord controller for the R earbud to turn then on/off, pair them (T250), adjust the volume up/down, and even change the track forward/back. The controller can also be used to accept, reject, or hang up phone calls. Almost all of this is described in the included instruction sheet. For Bluetooth, just turn them on and they will start blinking until you choose T250 to pair them. Similar to most devices. The left side has a similar-sized piece of plastic on the cord, but it has no controls. I think it’s just for weight balance. These charge up by USB-C on the side of the R earbud controller. It is red when charging and blue when done. Surprising that they didn’t include a charging cord, but I already have dozens of cords I can use for this. I also would have appreciated some kind of case for these so I can keep them safe in my purse or bag. Aside from that, I love these handy neck band earbuds and have been using them all the time.

    Not very comfortable
I really don’t like giving “bad” reviews of products, but I need to be honest or I am failing the product’s company and other potential customers. Here goes…. Regarding the earbuds themselves — GREAT! It connected to my iPad’s Bluetooth without any issue and was steady while in use. The volume and sound in general were everything you’d expect. I did not pair this set with my phone as I do not use the phone for many calls — I am one who has never relinquished the landline – so I cannot speak to the clarity, etc of that. What I find very disappointing and, quite honesty….. distracting and annoying – is the thin wire that goes around your neck. I have tried adjusting it for comfort, but the thing just keeps sliding and and getting snagged in my hair – which hurt as it tugs.If the neck wire were smaller — naturally – without needing to use that sliding adjuster – then I believe this would be more favorably received as I need comfort along with all else when wearing earbuds of any style. One reason I like neckband earbuds is being able to keep them around the neck when taking a break etc… and you cannot misplace one if you have to remove one – it’s always with you.

No manual or cable, super loud!
I am amazed at how much is wrong with these headphones. Here’s the list:Cons-Super super loud even at low volume-Horrible user instructions-No charging cable-No charging indicator-No bluetooth pairing information-No product name for pairing (T250)-Price too high for what you get-No app for managing headphonesPros-Lots of ear hangers and tips-Earbuds are magnetic-Cable feels good against skin-Buds marked L and RI will not be able to use these because they are so loud. I’m not sure why they are at top volume when my phone barely has any volume on. Disappointing. Not recommended.

Great sound, but neckband cable too long, no charging cable, and inadequate instructions
These earbuds sound great with powerful bass and clear mids and highs, and are comfortable in the ear, staying in place even without the silicone ear hooks. They feel well-made and look nice with the machined accents against the black bodies. However, I don’t like the ear hooks and won’t use them. I also dislike the cable, which seems unnecessarily long. It’s a good thing I had a USB-C cable, as one wasn’t included. Pairing with my phone was easy, but the instructions were lacking, and I had to guess the device identifier. Overall, not a bad pair of earbuds, but not my favorite by far.
