Best Smart Lock
I have tested several smart locks, and this model stands out as the most user-friendly. The installation process was straightforward, setup was seamless, and daily operation has been exceptionally easy. It delivers both convenience and reliability, making it an excellent choice for anyone seeking a hassle-free smart lock solution at a very reasonable price.

Great quality, Easy installation, NO HUB REQUIRED!
I purchased the first lock for my side door. Loved it so much I purchased another. I think the App is fine, it could use a few more features compared to Schlage, but so far so good!

Plug and play, 10 minute install
Easy to install and setup, only downside, it’s mostly made of plastic but, feels well made and sturdy. App was easy to setup, auto-lock feature for up to 3 minutes, multiple pins can be setup for individuals or single use. All hardware needed is included but you will need 8 AA batteries not included. My other locks with 4xAA last more than a year between battery changes, I anticipate these to last a bit longer.

Big YES here…
VERY happy with this purchase. Easy install, item works perfectly, very reasonably priced. This one is a winner in my books. If I _absolutely_ had to pick something to complain about it would be the 8 AA cells it takes, but thats a non-issue the way I see it… I’d gladly recommend this one!

Best Purchase of 2025
I wish we purchased this lock sooner. Gone are the days where my hands are full and I have to put everything down to search my bag for my keys. I can just put in the code and it unlocks. I love that it gives us peace of mind – we have a dog, and just knowing that if I need someone to go check on her, we don’t have to meet up for a key swap. Another perk is having different codes for different people. It’s incredibly easy to program. We set a schedule for our dog walker where she has a two hour window to use a code that’s specific to her, and then she doesn’t have access to the house 24x7x365. We gave codes to our parents and other family members, too. When my husband is on his way home from work, I can be lazy and unlock the door from the couch so he can just come on in. It appears sturdy, and it easily connected to the home network. I can’t recommend it enough. We did have some issues with it fitting in the hole in the door, but I didn’t take off any stars for that because truthfully I’m worried that was user error.

OMG NO
No idea how well it works as a lock but right away it takes *8* AA batteries, seriously? Then there’s the setup process which involves pressing a reset button for 5 seconds until the blue light comes on….except there’s no blue light, in fact there’s no light at all. Pressed for 5 seconds, pressed for 10 seconds, pressed for 15 seconds, there’s no light to indicate you’re doing it right to it’s just guessing. Finally, and worst, the app refused to connect via bluetooth after 10 tries, just a the circle of death on the phone app for a minute and then “Failure To Connect” message every time. This is a big fat pile of nope, I mean when you can’t even get past the connect portion of the process the rest of the operation doesn’t give me confidence. Sending back, Ill try something else.

So far five stars
This is for delivery and install ONLY. I cannot give a reasonable evaluation on it’s everyday use.Well packed and install was quick and easy. Excellent video to follow if needed. Appears well made. Uses 8 batteries so should hold up to my AZ heat – but again that is a later evaluation. This replaces a Eufy unit that was less than a year old. Not a good unit.
